Base.com changelog: September 2026
Eight new integrations, two new Automatic Actions conditions, faster WMS transfers and automatic acceptance of Temu price proposals. Here’s everything that changed in Base in September, grouped by where you’ll find it.
Sharper automations, smoother transfers and a clearer Exceptions Panel
Two new Automatic Actions conditions, faster WMS transfers, and Base Connect improvements that take manual work out of supplier and reseller relationships.
Clearer view of problems in the Exceptions Panel
Listing and order problems are now laid out more clearly in the Exceptions Panel. You can see what went wrong on each sales channel at a glance and fix errors without hunting for them.
New condition: ‘Customer has no other orders’
Order Automatic Actions now include Customer has no other orders, the opposite of Customer has other orders. You set the look-back period anywhere from 10 minutes to 60 days, and customers are recognised by email address or phone number. Useful for handling customers with no recent orders differently from repeat buyers.
‘No category’ option in category conditions
In the Category condition (product Automatic Actions) and the Product from category (Base) condition (order Automatic Actions), you can now choose No category. The condition is then met by any product without a category assigned.
Email tags in date fields in the ‘Modify product’ action
Date-type extra fields in the Modify product Automatic Action now accept email template tags, such as the current date tag. The action then writes the date it actually runs instead of a fixed value.
New condition: ‘Order status in status group’
Order Automatic Actions can now target a whole status group rather than individual statuses. Any status you add to the group later is picked up automatically, so the rule doesn’t need revisiting.
Set Base Analytics as an employee’s start page
In an employee’s profile, you can now choose Base Analytics in the Start page field, so they land there straight after logging in.
Shipping method mapping in Base Connect
Connect integration settings have a new Shipping methods tab, visible when order forwarding is switched on. The supplier defines their shipping methods there, and the reseller maps the shipping methods from their own orders to them. Suppliers can also reject orders with an unmapped shipping method automatically.
Multi-language product import in Base Connect
Suppliers choose which languages they share product descriptions in (Shared description languages), and resellers choose their Target languages when importing. Products are imported in every language selected on both sides. Where there’s no overlap, they come through in the supplier’s default language.
New [produkt_ean_szczegoly] tag in product export
The tag returns a product’s additional EAN codes (excluding the main one), together with their quantity and description, in JSON format.
Add a whole location or container to a transfer
When you create a transfer, the Add product button now has two extra options: From location and From container. Each adds every product from the selected location or container in the source warehouse in one go, skipping duplicates and unavailable items.
WMS suggests a product’s last location
When a product has been cleared from every location, WMS now remembers the last one. If the product still has no location when you receive a delivery or a transfer, WMS suggests that last location.
Set the order for equal values in picking templates
Picking templates that use the Extra field algorithm have a new Order for equal values setting: Newest orders first or Oldest orders first. It decides which orders go to picking first when they share the same field value.
‘Comment’ field on manual reservations
You can now add an optional comment when creating or editing a manual product reservation. It appears in a new Comment column in the reservations table.
Choose a channel in the bulk ‘Translate’ operation
In the bulk Translate operation (Bulk edit: Wizard), you can choose which channel’s text to translate: any channel in your catalogue, such as a marketplace or an online store. If you don’t choose one, the product’s default text is translated.
Serbian added to the product catalogue
Serbian is now available as a language in the product catalogue.
‘Fill (AI)’ is now the default in ‘Set marketplace category’
In the bulk Set marketplace category operation, the Marketplace category field now defaults to Fill (AI), so AI chooses a category for each product. The operation needs a specific marketplace account selected and counts towards your daily AI limit.
Cleared baskets are recorded in picking history
When you clear a basket in the picking assistant, a Basket cleared entry is added to the picking and packing history of every order that was in it. You’re now also asked to confirm before a basket is cleared.
Show the marketplace order number on the order information page
In the order information page settings, set the Order number field to Display order number from the online store or marketplace. Buyers then see the number from the store or marketplace they ordered on, rather than the Base order number.
More control over prices, variants and listings
A new Dutch marketplace, automatic acceptance of Temu price proposals, and listing improvements for Kaufland, ManoMano, CDON and more.
‘Mapped values only’ option in parameter mapping
In parameter mapping rules that use Copy from parameter or Copy from field, you can now tick Mapped values only. Only values on your mapping list are sent to the channel; anything unmapped is skipped. It works on every channel that supports parameter mapping, in the listing form, AutoSell and bulk operations.
‘Min. margin’ and ‘Max. margin’ filters on the offer list
New filters on the offer list find offers by the markup set in price automation. They accept both positive and negative values and appear when price automation is switched on.
PDFs accepted in AliExpress EU document fields
EU document fields on AliExpress listings, including the GPSR label, CE certificate, test report and safety data sheet (SDS), now accept PDF files as well as JPG and PNG, up to 3 MB per file. This applies when listing and when bulk-updating extra fields on AliExpress accounts with EU fields (Germany and Italy).
New marketplace integration: ANWB (Netherlands)
Base now integrates with ANWB, a Dutch marketplace running on Mirakl. The integration supports listings, orders and returns. You’ll need an ANWB seller account to connect.
Paid promotion options in the Aukro listing form
You can now switch on Priority display, Bold title and Highlight (a gold frame) in the Aukro listing form. These are paid promotion options, and the fees are charged by Aukro.
Group variants into a single product on CDON
The CDON listing form has new Parent product SKU and Variant properties fields (such as colour or size). CDON combines offers with the same parent SKU into one product with a variant selector, while each variant keeps its own SKU, price and stock level.
‘Description (outlet)’ field for Empik offers
The Empik listing form has a new Description (outlet) field for describing the offer, for example the condition of a used product. You can fill it through Empik parameter mapping.
Offer templates for Fnac and Darty
You can now use offer templates in the Fnac (and Darty) listing form. Offer descriptions on Fnac are limited to 255 characters.
‘Shipped (low value)’ status for Fyndiq orders
Fyndiq orders under €30 (or 300 SEK/DKK/NOK) can now be marked as Shipped (low value) without creating a parcel or entering a carrier and tracking number. The same option was already available for CDON.
‘Product video’ field for Kaufland offers
The Kaufland listing form has a new Product video field for a public link to an .mp4 file, using Kaufland’s new global video attribute. It works across all Kaufland marketplaces. The previous video attribute in category parameters is no longer used.
Include zero-stock offers in the ManoMano feed
ManoMano integration settings have a new Send offers with zero stock option, set per country and switched off by default. Turn it on and zero-stock offers are included in the feed file, so you can publish a product on ManoMano before the stock arrives, for example ahead of a delivery into ManoMano’s warehouse.
Faster listing for products already in the ManoMano catalogue
If a product with the same EAN is already in the ManoMano catalogue, Base now lists the offer through the API without sending the full product data. The offer needs an SKU, EAN, price, quantity and a carrier with a delivery time, among other details. In every other case, listing still runs through the feed file.
Bulk-update the ‘Discounted price’ field on Pigu
You can now link the Discounted price field in the Pigu integration to a catalogue price group. That lets you change promotional prices in bulk, through bulk edit or a file import, and send them to Pigu. The discounted price must be lower than the regular price.
Temu invoice number saved to an order extra field
Base retrieves the invoice number from Temu and saves it to an order extra field of your choice (in Temu order settings). The field is filled within a few days of the order being imported, once Temu issues the invoice, even if you don’t download the invoice files themselves.
Automatically accept Temu price proposals
Temu’s advanced settings have a new Price negotiation section. With automatic acceptance switched on, Base accepts Temu’s price proposals once a day, as long as they fall within the maximum price decrease or increase (%) you set, up to a set number of acceptances per offer. Once a proposal is accepted, that offer’s price stops syncing with the catalogue until the catalogue price changes. The Force base price update option has also moved to this section.
Delete Trendyol offers from Base
The End offer and remove from system memory bulk action on the Trendyol offer list now deletes the offers on Trendyol too. Trendyol only allows products that are awaiting approval or archived to be deleted.
Zalando cancellation reason saved to an extra field
Base now saves the reason a Zalando order was cancelled to an order extra field of your choice (in Zalando order settings), so you can see why straight from the order.
Seven new shipping integrations, and two retired
New carriers across Ireland, Italy, Czechia and Slovakia, plus courier bookings and combined shipments without leaving Base. If you use DB Schenker (deprecated) or TNT, read those two entries first.
New courier integration: An Post (Ireland)
Base now integrates with An Post through its eCommerce Hub service. The integration supports labels, return shipments, delivery to pickup points, cash on delivery, tracking and customs data for international shipments. You’ll need an An Post Commerce account.
Share a TikTok Shipping account through Base Connect
You can now share a TikTok Shipping account with a trading partner through Base Connect Shipping. They can then send shipments for orders from that TikTok account that have been passed to them through Connect.
Customs clearance for Spring shipments to Malta
Shipments to Malta sent with Spring through Base Courier now require the Customs clearance section to be completed, with a product list that includes HS codes and country of origin. This is a carrier requirement.
New integration: Boxpi shipping platform
Base now integrates with Boxpi, a shipping platform that gives you access to multiple couriers, including DPD, GLS, DHL and Packeta, in one place. You get your access credentials from Boxpi.
‘Poste restante’ shown on Česká pošta labels
When you use the Poste Restante additional service, Base now adds ‘Poste restante’ to the recipient’s address, so it appears on the Česká pošta label. This doesn’t apply to the Na poštu and Balíkovna main services.
Old DB Schenker integration retired
We’ve removed the old DB Schenker (deprecated) integration, along with its accounts and settings. Use the DSV (DB Schenker) integration for DB Schenker shipments.
DHL Express net shipping cost in parcel details
When you create a DHL Express shipment, Base now saves the net shipping cost returned by DHL, in your billing currency. You’ll find it in the parcel details as Net shipping cost.
Up to four ADR items per DPD DE parcel
In the Dangerous goods additional service in the DPD DE (new) integration, you can now add up to four ADR items to a single parcel, each with its own UN number, hazard class and other details. Use the Add ADR item button to add each one.
10-day cash on delivery payout option in GlobKurier
The Days until COD payout field in GlobKurier account settings has a new 10 days option, alongside 7 and 14 days.
Laadlijst manifest and manifest history in GLS BE
When you click Print manifest, Base downloads the day’s manifest (Laadlijst) from GLS as a PDF and stores it in the Shipment batches section on the integration page, so you can download it again later. Each new manifest covers the parcels sent since the previous one.
Pickup point delivery with GLS IT
If an order has a GLS pickup point (Parcel Shop) selected, Base now passes its ID to GLS IT, so the parcel goes to the pickup point rather than the recipient’s address.
Choose ZPL label resolution in InPost Kurier
In InPost Kurier print settings, when using the ZPL format, you can now set the Resolution to 203 or 300 DPI, so labels print at the correct size on 300 DPI printers too. The same option is already available in InPost Paczkomaty.
New courier integration: KOLOS (Slovakia)
Base now integrates with KOLOS, a Slovak logistics operator. Create shipments in Base and print labels and handover manifests, including for multi-parcel shipments.
New courier integration: Liccardi Express Courier (Italy)
Base now integrates with Italian courier Liccardi Express Courier. It supports shipment creation, quotes, PDF and ZPL labels, pickup point (PUDO) delivery, cash on delivery (except for pickup point delivery), insurance and status updates.
New courier integration: Miinto Shipping
Base now supports Miinto Shipping for orders from Miinto. It creates the shipment, books the courier and pulls the shipping label into Base, plus the return label where one is available.
‘DPD (PL)’ service in the Paxy integration
We’ve added DPD (PL) to the Service field in the Paxy integration, for delivery to addresses and to pickup points. The service must be active on your Paxy account.
New integration with Sportisimo courier services
A new integration with Sportisimo’s marketplace courier services complements the existing Sportisimo marketplace connection. You can now create and manage Sportisimo shipments directly in Base, which means less manual data entry and less room for error.
Book courier collections in Temu Shipping
Use the Order courier button in the Temu Shipping parcel table to book a collection for your Temu shipments at a time you choose, without logging into the Temu seller panel. You can also cancel a collection you’ve booked.
Combine orders into one shipment with TikTok Shipping
The TikTok Shipping form has a new Combine shipments option, so you can send several orders from the same buyer in one parcel while they stay as separate orders in Base. Ask Base support to switch it on for your account. It isn’t available for TikTok Shop BR and MX.
TNT integration retired
We’ve removed the TNT integration, along with its accounts and configuration, as TNT is now part of FedEx. Use the FedEx.com (new) or FedEx.pl integration for FedEx shipments, and check your contract details with your FedEx account manager.
New courier integration: TopTrans (Czechia, Slovakia)
Base now integrates with TopTrans, a carrier specialising in large and bulky shipments in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Create TopTrans shipments in Base, with statuses pulled from the carrier’s tracking system.
Shopify: more barcode control, and an API update you don’t need to act on
One new setting and one behind-the-scenes update for Shopify sellers.
Choose which barcode to use when a Shopify variant has several
Shopify now lets you assign several barcodes to a single variant. In the Shopify integration settings, you can choose which one Base imports as the EAN for products and order items (the first one by default).
Shopify integration updated to API version 2026-10
We’ve updated the Shopify integration to API version 2026-10, as Shopify stopped supporting version 2025-10 on 16 October 2026. Orders, returns and products work exactly as before, and there’s nothing you need to do.
Cleaner invoices, receipts and records
Updates for Comarch Optima, Fakturoid, KSeF and Számlázz.hu, plus new Base Printer hardware support.
Custom extra fields in Comarch Optima invoice and receipt descriptions
In the Comarch Optima integration, the Description – invoice and Description – receipt options now let you choose your own text-type order extra fields. Their contents are added to the document description in Optima.
Import orders from Comarch Optima
The Comarch Optima integration now imports orders into Base from customer reservation (RO) documents, filtered by the statuses and date you choose. Products are matched by SKU or EAN. Delivery details are not imported.
Steinberg SBS-PT-200C scale supported in Base Printer
Base Printer now supports the Steinberg SBS-PT-200C scale, so you can use its reading when packing instead of typing in the parcel weight by hand.
Base Printer settings organised into tabs
In Base Printer 1.6.0, settings are organised into four tabs: Printing, Fiscalisation, Scales and devices and Settings.
Choose how Base finds customers in Fakturoid
In the Fakturoid integration, you can now choose how Base looks up the customer: by IČO, tax ID or company name (the default, as before), by email address, or by always creating a new contact. Searching by email helps with companies that have several branches under the same IČO.
KSeF errors saved to an order extra field
In the KSeF integration (Poland’s National e-Invoicing System), you can choose an order extra field where Base records any invoice creation error, or the reason KSeF rejected an invoice. A custom long-text field works best. The field is cleared once the invoice is accepted.
Receipt item names from a product extra field
In receipt numbering series settings, you can set the Product identifier field to a product Extra field, for example one holding a shortened fiscal name. The receipt then shows that field’s value instead of the name from the order, falling back to the order name if the field is empty. This also applies to receipt corrections.
Receipt sales register in CSV format
In the Sales register – Receipts view, you can now choose CSV BETA as the export format. The file has one row per receipt, with totals, the Base order number, the fiscal printer receipt number and the full Base receipt number.
Payment type mapping for Számlázz.hu
On the Payment types tab in the Számlázz.hu integration, you can map the payment methods from your orders to Számlázz.hu payment forms. Invoices and receipts get the right payment form, and documents for fully paid orders are marked as paid in Számlázz.hu.
Our team can walk you through the new integrations and automations on your own setup.
