Base Changelog – February 2025

Base is being expanded with new modules, features and options every day. Below is a list of the modifications made in February. The most important updates are described in separate blog posts as they are implemented.

Product Manager and Order Manager

Automatic Actions

A Condition field has been added to filtering the list of automatic actions

New Automatic Action in the Modify product section – Generate sku

New Automatic Action for Products – in the Reserved stock condition we have added the option Total from all warehouses

BaseLinker Connect

Notification to the key giver about a B2B Connect request from the key recipient

Added support for forwarding all types of additional fields within B2B Connect

Modification to the way B2B Connect is deleted. On the key giver side, the connection status changes to “Deleted by the contractor”, but the connection history is still available to the key owner

Added option to forward the delivery page automatically as part of the B2B Connect connection between the seller and the wholesaler

Suppliers

Added a Notes field to the Suppliers tab

Additional validation when accepting a delivery, if the delivery included products with a status of 0 or a price of 0, we display a window with an appropriate notification

Products

We have added logging of information about a change of location in the Order History tab

We have added the ability to use tags from the Products tab, in the printout section of the Orders tab, by using the [inventory=X] tag, e.g. [inventory=product_name]

We have added an API method to download and add product tags

We have added multi EAN support in API

Printouts, templates and imports

We have added the [link_market] tag to product printouts

We have added price group tags [price_XX] and [purchase_price_XX] to product email templates to increase the usability of the mathematical calculations function.

We have addedg email tags for the oldest shipment in the order: [shipment_number_oldest][shipment_track_link_oldest]

We have added support for retrieving stock documents via API

Orders

In advanced order filtering, we have added a Miscellaneous connector to the Source field to filter sources other than those indicated

When creating sets, we add up the weight of the products included in it

We have added an option to overwrite the buyer’s phone number and email address with the data provided in the Connect integration (e.g. contractor data instead of customer data)

Returns

We have added the ability for the buyer to upload a comment or file on the return form

We have added the ability to select the returns module as the default page for the employee after logging in

Other

We have added a new method of logging in to the panel via QR code

Allegro

We have added the ability to map couriers, similar to the store integration 

When listing offers, we have added the ability to fetch descriptions and parameters (in Czech) from productization (this option is available for the Polish and Czech regions)

Price Automation (Repricer)

We have added the ability to manage price automation features through operations
Description: In offer management, after selecting specific items, it is possible to edit all settings related to price automation using dedicated operations. This option has been introduced for all marketplaces where the repricer module is available.

We have added a price-tracking module for Allegro.sk and Allegro.cz
Description: This functionality allows tracking competitors’ prices on Allegro.sk and Allegro.cz platforms. We search for competitors based on the EAN code assigned to our offer. Additionally, users can activate and configure price automation, which will modify prices within their defined ranges and send them directly to Allegro. 

We have added new options for limiting competition on Allegro
Description: In the Integrations → Allegro → Competition tab, additional options for limiting competition are now available. These options allow sellers to exclude competitors who, for example, do not use the Smart feature.
