Product Manager & Order Manager

Automatic Actions (Automations)

  • New action (Orders): Close Packing Assistant (close the Packing Assistant interface automatically).
  • New condition (Orders): Total volume of products in an order (useful for routing/automation based on order size).
  • New action (Products): Add photo in Automatic Product Actions.

Base Connect

  • Separated “overwrite contact data” options: the single checkbox Overwrite phone number and email address is now split into two independent options (one for phone number, one for email address).
  • Promotional prices supported when submitting orders: discounts/special offers from the supplier can now be fully synchronized during order placement (reduces pricing mismatches and manual purchase-price corrections).
  • Packing photo sharing via Connect: a photo taken during packing in PickPack can be sent via Base Connect from supplier → reseller when the order is updated, enabling automatic transfer of packing photo documentation.

Filtering

Orders

  • New filter: Comment – content (search orders that contain a specific phrase in the Seller Notes field).
  • Saved order filters can now be renamed.
  • New “Empty / Not empty” option for Additional Fields (Orders).

Products

  • New “Empty / Not empty” option for:
    • Name
    • Manufacturer
    • Additional Fields
  • For additional fields of type Date, you can now filter by Empty / Not empty.
  • New filter: Description (search products by description content).
  • New filter: Photo error (identify products with image issues before listing; includes multiple error types for more precise filtering).

Sets

  • New filter in the Sets list: Item EAN (find sets containing a product with a specific EAN).

Sales documents / Returns

  • New filter values (Orders & Returns): Correction created / Correction not created.
  • New advanced order filters: Payment date and Payment date (range).

Logs & Printouts

  • Order printouts: new dedicated sections Document and Document – items.
  • Logs: Base now records when a product link is removed from a store.

Warehouse

  • Warehouse document list now shows the internal delivery number, and you can search for it via Related documents.
  • Product card → Stock table now includes a Total row (sum across all warehouses).
  • Paper picking lists printed from anywhere in Base now include a functional/scannable barcode that works in the Packing Assistant (previously, the working barcode was only available when printing from the Packing Assistant).

Products

  • Spreadsheet (sheet) product editing improvements:
    • clearer error messages,
    • a per-row edit status column,
    • download all errors as a CSV.
  • New option: split products with variants into separate simple products (set splitting).
  • CSV import: import product photos for a specific channel.
  • CSV import: import/update manufacturer data during product import.

Integrations – Marketplaces

AliExpress

  • Added support for the EU EPREL label field in electronics offers (submit the label number instead of uploading images; can be mapped from a custom text field for automation).

Allegro

  • New deposit handling configuration: deposits no longer must be added as separate order items. You can now choose to store them in an additional field or map them to a specific SKU (helps VAT settlement and ERP reconciliation).
  • Automatic detection of Allegro fulfillment type (own shipment vs fulfillment) using fulfillment.provider.id, saved on the order to support correct routing and automation.

Amazon

  • Added an Amazon Easy Ship icon on orders.
  • Added a new automation condition for Amazon Easy Ship orders (for dedicated rules like separate labels/statuses/notifications).

Brand Alley UK (Mirakl)

  • New integration added.

Cdiscount

  • Bulk update shipping time for all offers at once (no need to edit each offer individually).

eBay

  • Copy category mappings and related links between eBay accounts / eBay sites (within the same marketplace), speeding up rollout to new accounts/countries.

eMAG

  • Bulk update GPSR fields (manufacturer name, email, phone) for offers.
  • Real-time GPSR validation while completing the form (see missing info before submitting).
  • Option to add recycling guarantee / deposit fees as separate items in eMAG orders for clearer settlement and document consistency.

Faire

  • New integration added.

Temu

  • Added Referral Link field in the offer form (supports faster price verification/approval).
  • Bulk update videos across multiple offers.
  • Automatically download return tracking numbers from Temu into Base.
  • New additional order field: pending_buyer_cancellation (tracks buyer cancellation requests and can be used in Automatic Actions, e.g., auto-cancel or flag the order).

The Range UK (Mirakl)

  • New integration added.

Zalando

  • New returns import setting: import returns for ZFS only, non‑ZFS only, or both.

Integrations – Online Stores

Shopify

  • New advanced setting: og_order_item_locations to include product location data (products.location) on imported orders (helps plan picking/shipping from the correct warehouse/location).
  • Support for Shopify Metaobjects in Metafields (single and multiple values supported).
  • Support for rich_text_field metafields (rich formatting like lists/headings/bold is synced correctly).

SkyShop

  • Faster product synchronization using getProductsLight (key product data like IDs, prices, quantities, stock).
  • Support for search_products_ids in getProductOptions to sync only selected products (improves stability for large catalogues).

Integrations – Couriers & Fulfilment

  • Courier integrations now have a clearer setup for:
    • Dimensions & Weights
    • Shipment Finance
  • COD, insurance, and declared value were moved from general integration settings into the sender account settings.
  • Updated calculation engine (better currency/default handling) and standardized behavior across order view, bulk tools, and Automatic Actions.

New integrations added:

  • BackShip (BackMarket)
  • Bol.com VVB: buy/import shipping labels directly in Base (incl. Ampère, PostNL, DHL)
  • Ontime carrier
  • ShipHero (WMS/3PL)
  • Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) (inventory imported into Base per warehouse, similar to Amazon FBA support)

Zalando (ZFS shipping)

  • Full ZFS shipping flow supported directly from Base: shipment notification → quantity confirmation → dispatch.
  • Quantities confirmed by Zalando after delivery are synced automatically.
  • Inventory synchronization across Zalando warehouses is included.

Accounting & Invoicing

Accounting

  • New invoice list filter: Government Invoice Status (with standardized statuses and improved month/year filtering).
  • In PDFs, there’s now a direct link to download the eReceipt JWS, plus a QR code for quick address scanning.

Invoicing (Invoice House / Fakturownia / VosFactures)

  • New option: Transfer Additional Field (use a chosen additional field as the invoice order number, helpful for passing external B2B/wholesale order IDs into the invoicing system).

KSeF (Poland – National e‑Invoice System)

  • New option to include bank account number (and optionally bank name/description) on KSeF invoices.
  • Automatic transfer of numbering series Information → KSeF Additional Description.
  • Invoice list now shows a QR-code icon for invoices submitted to KSeF in offline mode (helps spot documents needing attention).

Support for Entity3 / Podmiot3 on KSeF invoices, using delivery address + integration settings (NIP/VAT, role selection, role description) to meet KSeF requirements.
