Product Manager and Order Manager
Automatic Actions
Extended options for the “Postcode” condition
In Automatic Actions, we’ve added the operators “Starts with” and “Ends with” to the Postcode condition.
Base Connect
Trade credit – recurring settlements
We’ve added a feature for automatic generation of technical orders and collective invoices for Connect partners.
This option reduces the need to manually group Connect orders and issue collective invoices. You just define once how invoices should be generated, and based on orders sent via Connect, everything happens automatically.
Products
New condition – “All products with stock”
We’ve added the condition “All products with stock (Base)” – it validates that all products in a given order come from a specific warehouse.
This condition was created in response to the needs of customers who use multiple warehouses to fulfil orders and is meant to streamline order processing.
New way to filter products by location
We’ve added the option to use a semicolon as a separator in the Location filter on the Product List (to return products with a list of specified locations).
New way to filter products included in the return form
We’ve added the ability to exclude products from handling in the return form based on a phrase contained in the product name.
New bulk operations on products (Channels)
We’ve added support for text fields from the Channels tab in bulk product editing, making it easier to manage product descriptions listed across multiple marketplaces, shops and own channels.
URL field on the Manufacturer card
In the Manufacturer data section, we’ve added a new field: “URL address”.
Base WMS
Inventory schemes
We’ve extended the functionality of the Inventory Assistant in the WMS App.
We’ve introduced advanced inventory filters, which let you precisely define which types of items are included and the scope of the stocktake.
We’ve also added inventory schemes, i.e. the ability to carry out regular stocktakes based on configured frequencies.
New print tags
In product exports, in the [SZTUKI_WMS] section we’ve added new tags:
-
[sztuka_wms_lokalizacja_typ] -
[sztuka_wms_lokalizacja_typ_wymiary] -
[sztuka_wms_lokalizacja_strefa]
Orders
Order picking templates – new algorithm
We’ve added the option to use a saved order filter as an order picking algorithm.
Thanks to this, any options available within order filtering (including advanced filters) can now serve as the selection logic in the Picking Assistant and Packing Assistant.
Marketplace Manager
Amazon
Automatic retrieval and temporary storage of offer notifications
We’ve added automatic downloading and temporary storage of offer notifications from Amazon, allowing you to track the real status of listed products more accurately.
With the new tool in the panel, you can conveniently browse all received notifications to better control changes on Amazon listings.
This helps quickly detect issues with offers (e.g. blocks, stock changes or price changes) and gives you more confidence that the data in Base matches what customers actually see on Amazon.
Linking offers to an external source during export
We’ve added the ability to automatically link Amazon offers not only to warehouses in Base, but also to external product catalogues (e.g. other shops), which makes it easier to manage the offer consistently across many sales channels.
When configuring the export, if you select linking to an external catalogue, the option “Match by ASIN” is automatically hidden – it’s only available for products from the Base catalogue.
Sending invoice corrections
We’ve added support for sending invoice corrections to Amazon via API using the appropriate CreditNote document type. Corrections issued in Base are automatically sent to Amazon.
Update of the “Import offers – only new” options
We’ve added new modes for importing offers from Amazon that work similarly to those in Allegro, including the “import only new offers” option.
This allows you to quickly pull only newly created listings into Base without changing ones that are already handled.
We’ve also reorganised and renamed import/synchronisation settings so it’s clear whether you want to only add new offers with stock ≥ 0, or also update status and availability of existing offers.
The “Skip offers with empty stock” option is now consistent – it will not save or update offers with zero or unknown stock, keeping the Base panel cleaner.
Simultaneous product search by ASIN and EAN
In the manual “List on Amazon” form, we’ve added simultaneous searching by ASIN and EAN instead of limiting you to one identifier.
The system first searches by ASIN, and if it’s missing or not found, it automatically falls back to EAN. This significantly improves the accuracy of product matching and reduces the risk of errors when listing offers.
Splitting and summing commissions by currencies
We’ve added splitting and summing commissions by currency for orders.
This feature displays separate entries for each currency within an order, improving clarity and accuracy when tracking commissions.
Sellers can more easily manage finances, understand commissions by currency, and analyse revenue more precisely.
Price Automation
Automatic exclusion of competitors that are much cheaper or more expensive
We’ve added new percentage filters in the “Check competitor prices” module that automatically exclude competitor offers that are significantly cheaper or more expensive than yours (outlier prices).
This gives you a more realistic view of the market and the prices you truly compete with, especially on Allegro. It makes it easier to make smarter pricing decisions and adjust prices automatically without being affected by erroneous or extreme offers.
[eBay] Automatic price adjustment
We’ve added a tool for automatic price adjustment for eBay, allowing users to track and compete with rival offers.
This helps sellers optimise their pricing strategy and maintain a more competitive position on eBay, increasing sales potential and improving financial results.
[Allegro] Ignoring competitors with low sales and low stock
We’ve added a repricer feature which lets Allegro sellers ignore competitors with low stock levels and low sales volume.
Users can set thresholds for competitor stock and recent sales, improving the precision of pricing strategies.
This makes it easier to focus on truly relevant competitors, which can directly contribute to higher sales.
[Modivo] Price automation
We’ve added a new price automation (repricer) module for Modivo, which uses an algorithm to detect competing offers.
The system monitors competitor offers and automatically adjusts your prices to keep them competitive without manual recalculation.
You save time, avoid errors when changing prices by hand and increase your chance of higher sales on Modivo – all managed from Base.
[Leroy Merlin] Price automation
We’ve added a new price automation (repricer) module for Leroy Merlin, also based on competitive offer detection.
The system monitors competitor prices and automatically adjusts yours so that your products remain competitive without manual changes.
You save time, avoid mistakes and increase your chances of higher sales on Leroy Merlin, all controlled from Base.
Cdiscount
Sending base price and promotional price
We’ve added the ability to send to Cdiscount both a base (crossed-out) price and a promotional price, enabling better display of discounts and the real value of the markdown.
In the listing settings you can now choose which price groups in Base should be treated as the base price and which as the promotional price.
This helps you manage prices in line with Mirakl marketplace logic, avoid mistakes and gain greater control over promotions from within a single system.
Hood
Editing additional offer fields directly in Base
We’ve added the ability to edit additional Hood offer fields directly in Base – e.g. EAN, in addition to the existing ones: GPSR, price and stock level.
This helps keep Hood offers more accurate and consistent with data in Base, without editing directly in the marketplace. You save time, reduce errors and maintain better quality across multichannel sales.
Kaufland
Handling returns at line-item level
We’ve added support for returns at the level of individual products for Kaufland orders, so you can easily do partial refunds directly from Base, without logging into the Kaufland panel.
We’ve also added a control that blocks full-amount returns, since Kaufland doesn’t accept them via API – you avoid errors and rejected refunds.
This speeds up post-sales service, improves transparency and reduces manual corrections.
Mirakl
New marketplace platforms – Lowe’s, Bloomingdale’s, ShopSimon, Nordstrom
We’ve added full support for four new Mirakl marketplaces in the US: Lowe’s, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s and Shop Simon, including channel configuration plus category and attribute retrieval.
You can now easily connect your accounts and list offers on these platforms without manual field mapping in each marketplace.
From Base, you manage offers across the new channels and can more quickly expand sales in the US market.
New integrations
-
HobbyBox – new integration
-
Galeria.de – new integration
-
Wuerth.it – new integration
-
Yves Rocher.fr – new integration
Target
Bulk operations on descriptions
We’ve added bulk description operations for the Target integration. You can now update product descriptions for many offers at once.
This significantly speeds up catalogue management – instead of editing each offer individually, you update them in bulk from Base, keeping content consistent and up to date while saving time.
Trendyol
Information about applied discount
We’ve added to Trendyol returns information about the applied discount, fetched directly from the related order in Base.
You get a fuller, more accurate financial view of returns without manual recalculations. This simplifies reporting, profitability analysis and decisions about discount and return policies.
Automatic image resizing
We’ve added automatic image resizing to meet Trendyol’s requirements, so you no longer need to edit graphics manually.
Base converts larger images to 1200×1800, 96 dpi, preventing errors and offer rejections due to incorrect image format.
You list products faster, stay compliant with image rules and save time on manual edits.
Shein
Sending suggested retail price
We’ve added support for sending Suggested Retail Prices (SRP) to Shein, just as we already do for Temu.
Your offers on Shein can now clearly display how much customers save relative to the regular price.
This helps your listings stand out and can improve conversion rates.
Skroutz
Support for new Skroutz V2 webhooks
We’ve added support for new Skroutz V2 webhooks related to gift wrapping.
Base automatically records the customer’s gift-wrap request directly in the order (e.g. as a customer comment).
You no longer miss such requests and can more easily ensure better customer experience, without manually checking them on Skroutz.
Zalando
Fixed tagging of Zalando ZFS orders
We’ve corrected how Zalando ZFS orders are labelled. They are now correctly marked as fulfilled by Zalando, not as merchant-fulfilled.
Reports and statistics in Base therefore show accurate data on who actually performs the shipment, making cost and channel performance analysis more reliable.
Integrations – Online Stores
Ecwid / Globerr – only_paid in advanced settings
We’ve added the only_paid option in advanced settings for Ecwid/Globerr shops, letting you import only paid orders.
In Base, sellers work only with actually completed transactions, without clutter from unpaid orders. This improves order processing, reduces errors and speeds up further automation like shipment and invoice generation.
Shopify
Official Base app in the Shopify App Store
We’ve added the official Base app to the Shopify App Store, allowing you to connect Shopify to Base via a simple guided process.
There’s no need for manual technical configuration – connecting the shop now takes far less time.
Faster integration means you can quicker start multichannel selling, automate orders and documents, and manage sales from Base.
Importing HS codes and country of origin
We’ve added the ability to import HS codes and country of origin directly from Shopify products (previously it worked only for orders).
Customs data is now always up to date at the product level.
These fields are available as additional product attributes in Base and can be easily remapped via pd_remap_json, making it easier to adapt data to requirements of different channels and ERPs.
You prepare customs documents and international shipments faster with fewer manual corrections and a lower risk of customs errors.
Vtex – only_paid in advanced settings
We’ve added the only_paid option in advanced settings for Vtex shops, letting you import only paid orders.
This keeps your Base workspace focused on actual transactions and simplifies further automation steps like labels and invoicing.
Vendure
New integration with the Vendure platform based on GraphQL
We’ve added a new integration with Vendure, built on GraphQL.
Integrations – Couriers
“Customs clearance” toggle in the single-shipment form
We’ve added a “Customs clearance” toggle in the single-shipment form, allowing you to manually enable or disable customs clearance regardless of DutyBox’s automatic rules.
In bulk and automatic actions, a separate checkbox lets you enforce customs clearance for all selected orders, even if they wouldn’t normally meet DutyBox criteria.
You gain full control over customs handling in Base for unusual cases, reducing risks with international shipments and speeding up processing.
Base Connect Shipping – marketplace courier integrations
We’ve added support for Marketplace courier integrations (starting with “Wysyłam z Allegro”) in Base Connect Shipping.
Warehouses can now send parcels directly using your Allegro account.
Courier data can be securely shared with the warehouse via a token instead of login details.
Labels, pickups and shipping handling work just like on your main seller account, simplifying warehouse cooperation and reducing errors.
BRT IT – manifests and shipping date field
We’ve added PDF manifest generation for BRT IT DPD Meta, which automatically bundles all shipments in the required carrier format, helping tracking activate faster.
We’ve introduced a configurable “Shipping date” field (similar to Geodis), letting you generate the manifest exactly for the actual dispatch time.
This reduces manual paperwork, decreases mistakes at pickup and streamlines shipping in Base.
Colis Privé – new French market integration
We’ve added a new integration with Colis Privé for France. You can connect your account and create shipments directly from Base, with labels and tracking visible in one place.
DPD PL – returns to Pickup Points
We’ve added a new field “Return Pickup Point ID” in the DPD PL integration, enabling Base to generate return labels directly to a pickup point, not just an address.
If the field is empty, returns default to the address, so you don’t need to change existing processes.
This adds flexibility to returns handling and reduces errors when switching sender/recipient addresses.
Heppner – new integration
We’ve added a native integration with Heppner, letting you connect your account and handle this carrier directly from Base – including labels and tracking – which is especially useful for large shipments in France and Europe.
InPost IT – new integration
We’ve added InPost Italy integration for Enterprise users. You can now create and handle shipments to Italy from within Base, simplifying logistics on that market.
Kuehne + Nagel – preliminary support
We’ve added preliminary support for Kuehne + Nagel, preparing Base technically for this carrier.
Once K+N finalize their API and cooperation rules, you’ll be able to create and track shipments directly from Base like with other carriers.
Paxy (Czech Logistic) – new parcel services
We’ve added support for new Paxy parcel services for GLS DE and DPD to several EU countries (BE, NL, FR, IT, ES, PT, LU).
New shipping methods comply with the latest courier guidelines, reducing errors when generating labels in Base.
We’ve also improved the error message for unsupported countries to make issues clearer and speed up choosing the right delivery method.
Polkurier – SUUS integration
We’ve added SUUS carrier integration within the Polkurier module so you can generate labels and handle SUUS shipments directly from Base.
Royal Mail API – ParcelForce Domestic
We’ve added support for new ParcelForce Domestic services under Royal Mail products in Base, so you can use the current, unified delivery network without manually adding services.
New variants clearly show whether a signature is required, helping you match services to order value and buyer expectations.
SameDay BG – new Bulgarian integration
We’ve added integration with SameDay.bg, extending existing SameDay.ro support.
You can now generate labels and track parcels to Bulgaria directly from Base, speeding up fulfilment and reducing manual work.
Wysyłam z Allegro – separate tabs per courier
We’ve added separate tabs for individual couriers in the Allegro Courier account settings.
This makes the configuration much clearer and quicker to navigate, reducing mistakes and speeding up shipping management in Base.
Wygodne Zwroty – new integration
We’ve added a new integration with Wygodne Zwroty, allowing you to create draft return shipments (including bulk and automated) directly from Base.
The system validates required data and flags such shipments as returns, reducing errors and speeding up customer service.
You can also generate return links for customers, which is useful when BL Paczka is unavailable.
Integrations – Accounting
Base Bridge – custom fields import from Subiekt GT
We’ve added the ability to import custom fields from Subiekt GT and map them to additional product fields in Base.
You can choose which custom field from Subiekt GT should be used as the product’s warehouse location, without changing your current naming conventions in Subiekt.
This helps keep data consistent between Subiekt, Base and all sales channels, reducing warehouse errors and speeding up order handling.
Support for advance and final invoices in Subiekt integration
We’ve added support for advance invoices and final invoices in the Subiekt integration, along with separate numbering series for each in Base.
This lets you issue and settle advance and final invoices correctly according to accounting requirements, without manual workarounds.
Automatic assignment of Subiekt GT document categories
In the BLSubiekt integration, we’ve added automatic assignment of Subiekt GT document categories based on order source (sales channel), not just the invoice numbering series.
You can now distinguish documents from different marketplaces and the online shop more precisely, improving accounting order and reporting.
Automatic flagging of orders when stock is insufficient
We’ve added an option in the BL Subiekt integration to automatically flag sales orders when there’s not enough stock in the warehouse (considering availability).
You instantly see which orders cannot be fulfilled and can react faster. The system automatically removes the flag when stock becomes sufficient.
New option “Update contractor data” in BLSubiekt settings
We’ve added a new option “Update contractor data” in BLSubiekt settings.
You can now decide whether contractor data should be overwritten from Base to Subiekt, or always fetched from Subiekt to Base.
This lets you clearly define which system is the “single source of truth” for customer data, helping maintain consistency and reducing errors.
Exports, Prints, Receipts
New sections “Invoice Correction – Data” and “Invoice Correction – Items”
We’ve added new sections “Invoice Correction – Data” and “Invoice Correction – Items” in exports and printouts, giving you full information about invoice corrections (numbers, dates, addresses before/after, SKU/EAN, net/gross/VAT amounts and currency conversions).
This makes it easier to prepare complete OSS reports and return reports without manual additions.
New tags for receipt templates
We’ve added new tags to receipt templates:
-
[paragon_wartosc_netto_szt] -
[paragon_wartosc_netto_pozycja] -
[paragon_wartosc_vat_pozycja] -
[paragon_wartosc_brutto_pozycja]
They work analogously to invoice tags and allow you to show net, VAT and gross values per unit and per line directly on the receipt.
PennyLane
New “invoice import” method
We’ve added a new “invoice import” method in the PennyLane integration, which allows you to import invoices issued in Base instead of creating them from scratch in PennyLane.
This keeps invoice numbers and contents consistent across systems and simplifies reconciliations.
Zoho
Support for invoice corrections (credit notes)
We’ve added support for invoice corrections (credit notes) from Zoho in the master_w module.
All order corrections are now correctly reflected between Base and Zoho, reducing manual fixes and accounting errors and ensuring consistent financial data across systems.
