Automatic Actions

  • Added new options for the Modify custom field action in Returns: set, append, and mathematical operations.

  • Added a new automatic action: Commission charged to order, along with a new condition: Includes commission type.

Base Connect

  • Functional updates to trade credit, including the introduction of Prepaid settlements.

Base WMS

  • Added a new tool to simplify stocktaking: Inventory Assistant.

  • Added a new feature to support warehouse movements: Transfer Assistant.

Products

  • Added advanced product filtering based on the Relations tab: part of a set, up-sell, down-sell, cross-sell.

Tags and Imports

  • Added the ability to import products via CSV in warehouse documents — just like in the deliveries module.

  • Added a new tag [return_payment_identifier] to Order print templates.

Integrations – Marketplaces

General

  • Allegro / eBay / Amazon: Added support for downloading commission data for orders.

Pricing Automation

Kaufland

  • Introduced a repricer for Germany, Poland, Austria, Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
The repricer automatically sets prices €0.01 lower than competitors, factoring in shipping costs.
It also allows users to set minimum and maximum price limits.
Combined with external price analysis, this improvement can help sellers increase sales by up to 10%.

Allegro

  • Added the ability to import safety information from the product catalogue into listings.
This feature lets you attach safety-related text or files directly to your offers — ensuring compliance and easier management.
You can also add attachments to existing listings for smoother operations.

  • Added a new “≠” filter to find listings linked to missing or deleted templates.
Quickly identify and correct offers that have lost template assignments to maintain compliance and listing quality.

  • Added an option: Disable promotion when auto-relisting — giving you full control over which campaigns are reactivated.

  • Added automatic linking of listings to stock levels when importing from Allegro — bringing functionality in line with what was previously available only for Amazon.

  • Improved security settings in Allegro integration — options are now reorganised and consolidated for better clarity, including updated responsible party and manufacturer sections.

  • Added the ability to update the “Fits to” (compatibility list) field based on defined mapping rules.
This ensures structured and market-compliant compatibility data for more accurate product listings.

  • From 15 December 2025, two new required fields must be included when processing refunds (POST /payments/refunds):
    order.id and commandId.
This ensures that refunds are correctly and uniquely linked to their orders.

  • Updated the list of return reasons, now including: Too big, Too small, Not as expected, Ordered for comparison, and more precise customer options.

Amazon

  • Added a new icon in the offer list for products excluded from reports — a black square indicator (similar to Empik).
This helps you quickly identify offers requiring attention.

  • Added the ability to search ASINs across all markets at once.

eBay

  • Added the option to update product parameters via Bulk Operations.
You can now find existing attributes, add new values, and update them based on mapping rules.

Kaufland

  • Added multi-parcel shipment support — assign multiple tracking numbers to one order.

  • Added partial refund functionality, enabling refunds for selected items instead of full transactions.

  • Added new cancellation statuses that allow you to specify reasons for order cancellations (including partial order cancellation).

  • Introduced a Returns module for the Kaufland integration.

Temu

  • Added the ability to upload product compliance certificates (e.g. test reports, packaging photos) directly to Temu.
Enhanced validation ensures you’re notified if required documentation is missing.

  • Added the option for bulk image updates in offers.

  • Improved returns handling for ZFS (Zalando Fulfillment Solutions).
The system now stores information about the warehouse receiving each return — helping track items that don’t return to the original dispatch centre.

Integrations – Online Stores

Shoper

  • Added the ability to send two different product prices from Base to your Shoper store.

Upgates

  • Added an advanced feature mapping to metas option (pa_features_to_metas).
This allows mapping specific product attributes directly to meta fields instead of parameters — providing greater flexibility in data management for parent and variant products.

Yampi

  • Added invoice upload and retrieval support for sellers in Brazil.
You can now download invoices, check their status per order, and sync billing data automatically.

  • Added parcel tracking functionality.

Integrations – Accounting

Invoices

  • Added a new “Product” filter (search by SKU, name, or ID).

  • Added new invoice numbering formats (e.g., leading zeros, year suffix) for more flexibility — e.g., FVOSS/AL/00001/25.

  • Added the ability to search multiple invoice numbers at once, making it easier to find and analyse multiple documents simultaneously.

Payments

  • Improved payment import: the system now recognises Amazon Transaction IDs when importing orders for smoother, more accurate reconciliation.

Print Templates

  • You can now include additional product fields on invoice printouts — e.g., expiry dates or compliance info (such as e-waste data for Czech markets).
