Amazon Shipping

Amazon Shipping is a shipping service offered by the marketplace – it operates as a shipping broker. From their Seller Central account, the seller purchases a courier service from Amazon (commercial settlements are handled with Amazon), while the shipments themselves are carried out by carriers from Amazon’s list. Amazon Shipping provides sellers with an easy and fast way to manage order shipping, offering access to preferential rates and real-time shipment tracking.

Amazon Shipping primarily enables the simultaneous purchase of multiple shipping labels from different carriers without the need to create separate accounts with each of them. Through this service, Amazon offers a simplified billing model with a single commercial partner and competitive shipping prices.

How to connect the integration?

Before adding the Amazon Shipping integration, it may be required to add a marketplace account to which the courier integration will be assigned.

It is also possible to clone, edit, or delete each account. The edit window contains all the fields that were available when connecting the integration.

Default shipment and print settings

The settings defined in this section will be applied by default to all shipments created using the integration. However, they are subordinate – if different values are entered in the shipment creation form or in an automatic action, those values will override the defaults defined here.

Dimension and weight templates

In this section, using the + Add new template button, you can define the dimensions and weight of a parcel. The created template will be available for selection when creating a shipment.
