Base system offers integration with the Carrefour platform, allowing both order retrieval and bulk listing. The module also includes basic offer management options.
The integration is available for the Brazil, Spain, France markets.
Carrefour integration enables:
- downloading orders from all Carrefour markets to the Base panel,
- transferring orders to the online shop,
- automatic transfer of invoices created in the Base panel to the Carrefour platform,
- automatic transfer of shipment numbers assigned in the Base panel to the Carrefour platform,
- automatic transfer of order statuses from Base to Carrefour,
- listing offers Carrefour on the basis of products from the warehouse connected to the Base system (it can be a shop’s warehouse, wholesaler, Base’s warehouse or ERP system).
- management of offers Carrefour,
- synchronizing offer stock according to the current state of the product in the warehouse,
- synchronizing offer price according to the price of the associated product in stock – taking the price multiplier into account.
How to connect your Carrefour account
To connect your account, follow these steps:

- Go to the Integrations section.
- Click the green +Add Integration button, then under Marketplace select Carrefour.
- Select the relevant country from the list (Brazil, Spain, France).
- Click the green Connect Account button and complete the required data for the API.
Integration configuration
Once the integration is connected, you will see 6 tabs:
- Connection – here you can test that the connection is correct;
- Orders – here you can enable the downloading of orders and configure the transfer of shipping numbers and invoices to the marketplace
- Listing settings – here you can set the price multiplier and complete the general listing settings;
- Order statuses – thanks to the linking of statuses, any change of order status in Base will also change the order status in the marketplace. However, the synchronisation does not work the other way round (a status change in the marketplace does not change the status in Base).
- Prices – the price synchronisation module will allow you to automatically synchronise prices in listings according to the prices of products in the marketplace;
- Stock– the stock synchronisation module will allow you to automatically synchronise the stock in offers according to the stock of products in stock;
- Advanced settings – here you can create courier mappings that will enable you to correctly transfer your shipping data to the marketplace.
Carrefour module
- Listing creator – this is where you can list offers. To access the listing form, select the warehouse, account and products and click List Selected (form);
- Listing management – the basic functions of updating offers are available here. You can also import offers listed outside the Base system (and handle them directly in the panel), as well as export offers for further analysis;
- Categories and parameters – create parameter mapping rules here in order to list your products on the marketplace even faster
- Offer templates – here you will create and edit Carrefour offer templates;
- Associations – here you will assign marketplace categories (or products) and templates to categories from the warehouse;
Posting offers
To list on the marketplace Carrefour, remember to configure your integration settings beforehand.
- Go to Carrefour → Listing creator.
- Click Listing form.
- Select the catalogue and the products you wish to list.
- Select the market you wish to list in.
- Fill in the required parameters
- Click on the blue List offers at bottom of the form.
Done!
Mass operations on existing offers
In the Carrefour marketplace, you can make the following changes to the offers that have already been listed:
- Edit offers (Setup wizard): change product quantity, change price
- Associate with products from the storage
- Enable/Disable stock/price synchronisation
- Change VAT
- Remove the offer from the system memory
- Export to file
- Finish the offer and delete from system memory
