Open Base Dashboard → Integrations → Add integration
→ Search → Delhivery.

Fill in:

Account name (any label, e.g. “Delhi Warehouse”).

API key and Client number (from Delhivery One).

Default sender details.
-
Click Save.

Testing your first parcel

Go to Orders → select an order → van icon → Delhivery.

Confirm weight & dimensions → Send package – the label is generated in seconds.

Print the PDF and stick it on the box. You’re done!
4. Recommended default settings

| Fixed package weight – leave blank unless your catalog has no product weights. | Prevents mis-quotes. |
| Size & weight templates | Speed up bulk shipping for common parcel sizes. |
| Automatic pickup ordering | Let Base book the Delhivery pickup daily at a chosen hour. |
5. Going beyond the basics
Bulk shipping from the order list
Filter orders by status (e.g. “Paid”) → tick all → Delhivery. Up to 250 labels generate in one run.
Status-based e-mails & WhatsApp alerts
Use Workflow Automation to trigger a message when the Delhivery status changes to Delivered.
Multiple warehouses
Connect the same Delhivery account twice with different sender addresses; BaseLinker lets you choose which “profile” to use per order.
