Joom is a platform that offers only new products from vendors issuing full VAT invoices, in more than a dozen popular categories, including home and garden, baby, electronics, fashion, automotive, sports and tourism.
The BaseLinker system offers two-way integration with Joom. It allows both order retrieval and bulk listing.
The module allows you to:
- downloading orders from all Joom accounts to the BaseLinker panel,
- transfer orders received from Joom to the online store,
- automatic transfer of shipping numbers assigned in the BaseLinker panel to Joom,
- listing offers based on products from a warehouse connected to the BaseLinker system (it can be an online store warehouse, wholesaler, BaseLinker warehouse or ERP system).
- offer management,
- automatic renewal of offers,
- synchronization of the stock in the offer according to the current stock of the product in the warehouse,
- synchronization of the price in the offer according to the price of the related product in the warehouse – taking into account the price multiplier.
How to connect Joom account?
To connect your Joom account:
- Start by establishing a user account in Joom or log in if you already have an active account.
- When you have completed the account creation process create an api application in Joom . In the “Redirect URL” field when creating the api application, enter the address: https://panel-d.baselinker.com/ajax/modal/integrations/module_marketplace.php?link_oauth. In the “Name” field enter any name, in the “Store” field select the store you want to link.
- After creating an api application in Joom, copy Client ID, Client secret and store name . then paste into the appropriate fields in BaseLinker when adding a new Joom integration.
- When all the fields are completed, save, then the “Connect JOOM account” button will become active and allow you to connect the account. After clicking the button, the page will be redirected to the Joom application where you need to authorize yourself, then the page will be redirected to BaseLinker where the Joom account will be connected.
Integration settings
After adding a new account, you will see 6 tabs:
- Connection – here you can test if the connection is correct.
- Orders – here you can enable order fetching. However, we recommend that you configure the Order Manager properly in advance.
- Listing settings – here you can select the category for the entire account, as well as set the price multiplier and complete the general listing settings.
- Order statuses – thanks to status linkage, any change in order status in BaseLinker will also change the order status on the site. However, the synchronization does not work the other way around (changing the status in the service does not change the status in BaseLinker).
- Prices – the price synchronization module will allow you to automatically synchronize prices on auctions according to the prices of products in the warehouse.
- Stocks – the stock synchronization module will allow you to automatically synchronize the stock on auctions according to the stock of products in the warehouse.
Module
On the left side of the BaseLinker panel you can see the Joom module. Here you will find 5 tabs:
- Listing – here you can list offers. To access the listing form, select the warehouse, Joom account and products and click ‘List Selected (form)’.
- Manage listings – here you can manage existing auctions. You can also import listings issued outside the BaseLinker system (and handle them directly in the panel), as well as export listings for further analysis.
- Categories and parameters – in this tab you will select your favorite categories and map parameters.
- Offer templates.
- Associations – here you will assign marketplace categories to categories (or products) from the warehouse.
