kType parameter

Based on a CSV file from OptiSeller, you can update products in the Base.com warehouse and then offers on eBay with KType and KType notes parameters.

1. Generate a file from OptiSeller by following the steps in the instructions: https://help.optiseller.com/en/articles/9924884-export-fitment-compatibility-data-for-baselinker
2. In the product in the warehouse, add an additional field or parameter in which you want to store KType values. You can also add KType notes values after the comma following the KType value. Example: 23456|43323,right side|66543
3. Import the values using a CSV file from OptiSeller by selecting the appropriate fields. The file must contain the EAN, SKU, or product ID from Base.com in order to correctly link the products. KType values must be separated by a “|” character.
4. Create a KType parameter mapping rule in the eBay integration.
5. Update your listings by selecting the option to retrieve KType values according to the mapping rule (eBay → Listing Management → Operations → Update Listings (Configurator) → Change KType).
6. Done! The previously imported KType values will be added to your eBay listings.
