Modivo – integration configuration

Modivo is one of the most popular fashion e-commerce platforms in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe, specializing in the sale of premium clothing, footwear, and accessories.

The Base.com system offers two-way integration with Modivo, allowing for both order collection and mass auction listings.

How to link Modivo account? 

To connect your account, follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to Integrations.
  2. Click the green button ‘+Add integration’, and then in the ‘Marketplace’ section select ‘Modivo‘.
  3. Select the channel you are interested in and press “Connect Modivo account”
  4. Log in to your Mirakl account

    You can connect as many marketplace accounts as you want! This does not affect the subscription fee 🙂

Integration settings

When you add a new account you will see 9 tabs:

 

 

  • Connection – here you can test if the connection is correct.
  • Orders – here you can activate the download of orders. However, we recommend that you first configure Order Manager.
  • Listing settings – here you can choose a template, price list and category for your entire account.
  • Order statuses  – thanks to status linking, any change to the order status in Base.com will also change the order status on the marketplace. However, synchronization does not work the other way around (changing the status on the marketplace does not change the status on Base).
  • Prices – the price synchronization module will allow you to automatically synchronize prices in offers according to the prices of products in stock.
  • Stock – the stock synchronization module will allow you to automatically synchronize offer stock according to warehouse.
  • Prepare Time – in this tab, you can enable shipping time updates for all marketplace offers available on Base based on the additional field next to the product. To do this, create a new additional field, type number, for the products and enter a numeric value representing the number of days (0 – immediate shipping, 7 – 7 business days). You can also create an automation that will change the value of this field depending on factors such as stock availability. This option only works for offers associated with products from the Base catalog.
  • Competition – here you can enable the competition module and price automation.
  • Advanced Settings – in this tab you can configure courier mapping.

Module

 

 

 

  • Listing – here you list your offers. To proceed to the listing form, select the warehouse, Modivo account and products and click ‘List selected (form)’.
  • Offer management – here you can update existing offers. You can also import offers listed outside Base.com (and manage them directly in the panel) and export auctions for further analysis.
  • Shipping templates– here you will import shipping templates,
  • Categories and parameters – in this tab you will select your favourite categories and you will map the parameters
  • Associations – here you can assign marketplace categories and shipping templates to the category (or products) from the warehouse.

Configuration

To list your auctions in just a few clicks, configure the Modivo module by following these steps:

  1. Connect your Modivo account in the Integrations → Add a new integration section.
  2. Select your favorite categories in Modivo → Categories and Parameters → Modivo Categories. This will make your favorite categories visible as a drop-down list when listing an offer.
  3. Create your own offer templates in the Modivo → Auction Templates section.
  4. Complete the listing settings in the Integrations → Modivo → Listing Settings section. This is where you’ll fill in the default form settings.
  5. Map the parameters in Modivo → Categories and Parameters → Modivo Parameters. Thanks to the rules you’ve created, the auction parameters will be automatically populated on the listing form.
  6. Create associations in Modivo → Associations.
  7. Ready! 🙂

Properly configuring the module allows you to mass list thousands of auctions with just a few clicks 🙂

To fully utilize all the system’s features, follow these steps:

 

  1. Configure the price synchronization module in Integrations → Modivo → Prices.
  2. Configure stock synchronization module in Integrations → Modivo → Stock.
  3. Configure the Order Manager and activate Worten  order downloading to Base.com  in Integrations → Modivo → Orders.

  2. If you’ve listed offers outside of the Base.com system, you can import them using the instructions for Importing Auctions and Products.

 

Price synchronization

The Mirakl platform offers flexibility in price management, allowing sellers to assign multiple prices to their products. By default, the system sends a single, fixed standard (default) price for all offers. When synchronizing prices on the Modivo platform, you can choose which price on the Mirakl side the Base price will be sent to. You can do this by configuring the “Update price” option:

 

 

During configuration, you can choose one of the following options:

  • Default Price – the base price from the catalog is updated.
  • Promotional Price – the promotional price from the catalog is updated.
  • Promotional Price or Default Price – the promotional price is updated first. If it is not updated, the system synchronizes the base price.
