How to Integrate Shipyaari With Base (2025 Edition)

Prerequisites:

Active Shipyaari seller account with API access.

Step-by-Step Setup:

(All mandatory fields are highlighted in bold.)

Step Action in Base Panel
1. Navigate  Integrations → Add Integration

 → Search Shipyaari → Click Shipyaari Tile

2. Enter authentication Account name, E-mail, API password (from Shipyaari).
3. Fill pickup details Mandatory fields:
• Parcel pickup – Name
• Parcel pickup – Contact person
• Parcel pickup – Phone number
• Parcel pickup – Street
• Parcel pickup – City
• Parcel pickup – State
• Parcel pickup – Pincode
4. Compliance Seller GST TIN (required for invoices & E-Way Bills).
5. Optional controls Block max. weight – stop oversize orders automatically.
Fixed package weight – add default carton weight.
Reference no / Company logo – customise labels.
6. Save & test Click Save → pick any paid order → hit Create Label. If a PDF is generated, the link is live.

Q. Which fields are truly mandatory?
A. Account name, Email, API password, all pickup address fields (name, contact person, phone, street, city, state, pincode), plus GST TIN for Indian GST compliance.


Q. Does Base support COD labels via Shipyaari?
A. Yes. COD is enabled automatically; charges and remittance data sync back to your order card.


Q. Can I block heavy parcels?
A. Set Block max. weight (e.g., 20 kg). Orders heavier than that won’t transmit to Shipyaari.


Q. How fast are status updates?
A. Tracking events pull every 15 minutes by default, faster than the hourly refresh many competitors use.


Q. Is this integration free?
A. Base doesn’t charge extra; you pay only your negotiated Shipyaari shipping rates.


Q. How do I add a logo to Shipyaari labels?
A. Edit the integration, paste a direct HTTPS link to your 200 × 200 px PNG or JPG in the Company logo field, then save.


Q. Do I need separate integrations for multiple warehouses?
A. Yes. Create a separate Shipyaari integration per unique pickup address to avoid manifest errors.


Q. Where can I see failed sync errors?
A. Go to Orders → Courier errors filter, or check the red badge on the order row.
