Due to the Amazon mechanism, the buyer’s tax identification number (Tax ID) for Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) orders is not always downloaded to the system.
To update it, download a report from the connected Amazon account (Amazon → Tax ID import → Download report from Amazon Seller Central).
After downloading the report, you should upload it in the section Import Tax id for orders.
The operation will update the orders with the NIP numbers contained in the report.
