Base Changelog – August 2024

Base is being expanded with new modules, features and options every day. Below is a list of the modifications made in July. The most important updates are described in separate blog posts as they are implemented.

Product Manager and Order Manager

Automatic Actions

Adding an employee Automaton to automatic actions
Instead of the employee’s name, users can now select “Automat” (e.g., where something has been updated by an automatic action) and thus build better conditions for automatic actions that are more customized.

Ability to set the print order of shipping labels

Dynamic values for additional fields of type Number – ability to perform simple mathematical calculations in additional fields
Available calculations are multiply / divide / add / subtract.

Added ASIN field to the product card

Ability to export product tags in printouts: [product_tags]

Saving the history of location changes in product editing

[Orders] Support for quick search based on a string of digits containing a hyphen (searches fields: order number, shipping label number, auction number)

[PickPack] New barcode printing format for picking baskets – each code separately

[Picking Templates] Ability to set a picking template based on product dimensions in orders, expressed in cubic meters

[Printouts] Tag [purchase_order_accepted_by] in printouts with information about the employee who accepted the delivery

[Quick Access] Ability to choose the window size when opening external links in the BL panel from the quick access menu

[Returns] Ability to select fields to display on the returns list

Integrations – marketplace

Save listing name derived from the name of the related product – import listings with updates (note on test pool)

[All marketplaces except AAE] Automatic search for related product by EAN and SKU without case-sensitivity.
Previously, automatic search for related product listings took into account the case of characters in EAN/SKU fields – from now on, the characters are case-insensitive.
