Handling returns in Base Connect allows for forwarding a return from the client’s account to the supplier (e.g., a wholesaler or fulfillment operator) who, in their sales model, handles returns for their B2B partners. The new feature is optional and can be found in the Base Connect integration settings under “Return forwarding settings”.
