
Base is being expanded with new modules, features and options every day. Below is a list of the modifications made in March. The most important updates are described in separate blog posts as they are implemented.
Product Manager and Order Manager
Automatic Actions
We’ve added the “Returns Data Edited” event to Automatic Actions
This works similarly to the “Order Data Edited” event – the action will trigger if changes are made to specified fields on the return card
We’ve added a new condition which allows Automatic Actions to be triggered based on information about available and used basket We’ve added the possibility to use bulk operation templates on products in Automatic Actions
B2B Connect
We’ve added the ability to define Connect connection settings separately for each contractor
We’ve added a new intermediate status “Delivered”.
Packages with “Pending” or “Error” statuses are no longer forwarded via B2B Connect.
Products
We’ve added new filter options in the product import function.
You can filter by category, manufacturer, product name and stock levels, giving you more control over the process.
In the bulk set generator, we’ve added the ability to select all products to automatically create the maximum number of sets
In the bulk operations (Generate AI text), we’ve added the ability to select whether the current AI-generated parameters are to be reworded or not
In the bulk operations (Generate Text AI), we’ve added the possibility to select text bold and lists when generating the product description
In the templates for mass operations on products, we’ve added the possibility to create predefined settings and call them up on selected products
WMS
We’ve added the option of collecting selected orders using a paper printout
When the option ‘Collect with print (paper and pen)’ is selected in the collection mode, the collected order can be packed using the Pick&Pack Assistant
We’ve added the possibility to scan barcodes and QR codes with mobile devices
Orders
We’ve added the possibility to display all combined orders in the ‘Technical order’ option
Marketplace Integrations
Allegro
We’ve added the ability to update auction parameters and photos directly from Allegro
You can now choose whether you want to add missing parameters or replace all existing ones, as well as add new photos, making listing management more efficient
We’ve added validation of listing titles on the Allegro platform, enforcing a minimum of 12 characters and 3 words for new or edited listings
Function introduced in line with Allegro change effective 7 May. The maximum character limit of 75 remains unchanged.
We’ve added the ability to import responsible manufacturer information and safety data from the product catalog into the Allegro integration
We’ve added support for downloading and saving the COD payment ID for orders from Allegro
We’ve added an option to disable promotions at the end of the promotion period
We’ve added quick access to Allegro.cz and Allegro.sk listings from the listings management level
Amazon
We’ve added the ability to store the PO (Purchase Order) number in the [transaction2_id] field for Amazon Business orders.
This downloads the PO number to the orders into the [transaction_id_2] field and you can use this tag e.g. by placing it on a shipping label.
We’ve added the possibility to automatically link offers when importing to Amazon regardless of the selection of the option to create products in the warehouse
Other marketplace integrations
[eBay] We’ve added support for bulk operations for EAN mapping
You can determine when changing the EAN whether you want to set it according to the stock or according to the mapping.
[Etsy] We’ve added the ability to import product variants
You can import multi-variant listings and create products based on them.
[Empik] We’ve added the ability to do bulk operations
[Trendyol] We’ve added settings for downloading discounts.
[Kaufland] We’ve added new markets for the Kaufland marketplace – French and Italian.
[Rakuten] We’ve added support for sales on Rakuten via Octopia.
[Fnac] We’ve added a ‘Shipping time’ field for offers on the Fnac marketplace.
[Douglas] We’ve added support for the Polish market
[Quirumed] New integration
Quirumed is a Spanish e-commerce platform specializing in medical equipment, health products and supplies for industries such as physiotherapy, orthopaedics, cosmetology, veterinary medicine and emergency medicine. It has been operating since 2002 and serves customers in more than 70 countries.
Online Stores Integrations
Cartum
We’ve added support for currency exchange
You can accurately calculate product prices based on current NBP exchange rates. Prices are displayed in multi-currency settings.
We’ve the possibility to download shop settings
This provides better access to configuration options, making it easier for users to manage and personalise their shop settings.
Other shop integrations
[Magento] We’ve added support for the CategoryAdd method in the Magento integration
The change allows categories and subcategories to be created directly within the platform. This enhancement allows users to effectively manage product categorisation, which improves organisation and visibility on the shop page.
[IdoSell] We’ve added support for retrieving orders from additional shops
You can specify multiple shop IDs via the new advanced setting `og_additional_shops_ids`. The default shop ID is retained and not duplicated in queries, and you have the option to ignore all specified shops if the `orders_get_ignore_shop_id` setting is enabled.
[WPJ] We’ve added the ability to set the payment status of an order to ‘Paid’ in the OrderUpdate function
When updating, the system automatically creates a payment equal to the order amount, while limiting the ability to change the status to unpaid for already paid orders.
Couriers Integrations
Furgonetka
We’ve added CSV templates
Functionality streamlines the import process in the integration with Furgonetka by using standardised CSV templates.
We’ve added an option to send parcels without printing documents for Inpost and DPD (uses digital labels)
InPost
[Parcel Lockers] We’ve added the ability to manage unclaimed parcels more preciselyYou can track an order that has not been confirmed as a return but is still registered as unclaimed. This feature provides customers with a better overview of the status of their parcels. [Courier] We’ve added the eSmartMIX courier service to the InPost Courier platform The feature enables the generation of parcels requiring personal delivery with recipient verification.
Other courier integrations
[DSV Generic] New integration
DSV is a global transport and logistics company based in Denmark, offering road, air and sea freight forwarding and warehousing services.
[Sell shipping] New integration
We have added a carrier integration for the Sellers marketplace, which enables automatic retrieval of shipment data and labels generated by the marketplace.
[DHL PL] Changed the name of the field from ‘VAT Number’ to ‘VAT REGISTRATION NUMBER’ in the account configuration.
This provides greater transparency when handling customs clearance.
[Orange Connex] New integration
Orange Connex is a fulfillment specialist for e-commerce, offering end-to-end warehousing, packaging and delivery solutions worldwide. As part of its partnership with eBay, it provides an eBay Fulfillment service.
[ACS Courier] New integration
A new integration with ACS Courier in Greece enables the use of a REST API for functions such as creating test vouchers, verifying addresses and generating pickup lists.
[Royal Mail] We have added support for the Windsor Framework.
The feature allows trade between the UK and the EU to be managed after Brexit. New fields in the customs information section include pre-registration number and type.
[Dragon Star] New integration to expand shipping options within Romania
[DPD Meta] We have added tracking support for DPD Slovenia and DPD Croatia.
Accounting Integrations
We have added a currency filter to the list of receipts
A change analogous to the already existing function for invoices. This enhancement allows users to easily filter receipts by specific currencies, making it significantly easier to manage international sales.
We have added a new filter option labelled ‘Correction’ in invoice management
The change enables easy recognition and filtering of invoices to which a correction has been issued.
We have added the ability to retrieve an e-mail address from the CSO/CEIDG after entering the VAT ID.
We have added the column ‘Country of delivery’ to the export of the sales register in XLS
Other accounting integrations
[Comarch Optima by BaseLinker] We have added the ability to automatically fill in the ‘Recipient’ field when creating invoices.
You can select both buyer and recipient from predefined options, including an ‘Undefined’ option for new customers, eliminating manual data entry errors.
[Exact Online] We have added integration with Exact Online for the Belgian and Dutch markets
