Base is being expanded with new modules, features and options every day. Below is a list of the modifications made in September. The most important updates are described in separate blog posts as they are implemented.

Product Manager and Order Manager

Automatic Actions

  • New condition: “Return in status for a specified number of days” – allows you to trigger automation based on how long a return has remained in a specific status.

  • New automatic action: Split order – works similarly to the “Split” option available directly from the order list view.


Base Connect

  • Added support for forwarding fulfillment deliveries within Base Connect.


Products

  • Added the option to generate predefined parameters only within a specific group.

  • New bulk operation: Change average purchase price.

  • PIM update: You can now manage product photos separately for each sales channel.

  • Added functionality to create promotions on product lists based on price groups, with full support across all marketplace and store integrations.


Base WMS

  • New collection priority option: smallest quantity in location.

  • Extended accepted values in the Priority field to 1–99999 for greater flexibility.

  • Inventory: Added support for scanning multi-EAN codes.


Tags

  • New advanced filter in order search: Connect – forwarded to.

  • New tag for email templates: [connect_integration_name].

  • Tags can now be used in additional fields (e.g., [current_date] or other date-related tags).


Orders

  • New section “Matching Logs” added to the order log tab — groups all generated manual matching templates.

  • Added Responso widget support in the Returns tab.


Integrations – Marketplaces

  • Added functionality to select minimum and maximum prices from specific price groups within marketplace integrations or individual products.

  • Optimized handling of additional prices — integrates promotional prices from the warehouse when listing offers and synchronizing data.

  • Introduced import/export rule options for parameters on Allegro, eBay, and Amazon, aligning these integrations with other marketplace platforms.

Allegro

  • Added support for the deposit system, covering:

    • Single-use plastic bottles

    • Metal cans

    • Reusable glass bottles
      Deposits appear as separate line items in orders, simplify returns, and introduce new mapping and display parameters in listings.

  • Added ability to assign names or labels to Allegro export files — useful for analytics, archiving, and segmentation.

  • Allegro Days: Support added for Allegro.cz and Allegro.sk, enabling listing participation in local campaigns.

Amazon

  • Added alert system notifying users when a product is listed without a photo – improving listing accuracy and transparency.

  • Added item condition column in FBA return reports (e.g., Saleable, Damaged).

  • New option to send invoices within supplier integration settings (only visible when “Retail Execution” is selected).

  • Repricing update: Automation now considers shipping costs, adjusting prices based on both your and competitors’ offers.

  • Added support for Amazon Transaction ID recognition during order import, allowing easier order tracking and identification.

Auchan

  • 🆕 New marketplace integration.

eBay

  • New bulk action: quickly change item descriptions without updating listings individually.

  • Added order cancellation label: displays Cancelled by buyer on the order card.

  • Added support for buyer cancellation requests, allowing sellers to approve or reject them directly.

Altex

  • Added the ability to activate/deactivate offers using a new status change feature.

CDON

  • Added bulk operation support for the CDON platform.

Cdiscount by Octopia

  • Added automatic image resizing to ensure photos meet the minimum resolution requirement of 500×500 px.

FashionDays

  • Added support for the Bulgarian market.

  • Added the ability to search products by EAN within FashionDays integration.

Kaufland

  • Added support for the video attribute, allowing sellers to add MP4 video links directly to offers.

Media Expert

  • 🆕 New integration.

Integrations – Online Stores

BigCommerce

  • Added the ability to send two different prices from Base to BigCommerce stores.

Gomag

  • Improved image import for product variants — each variant now receives unique images.

IdoSell

  • Added support for order statuses in version 6.3, allowing the use of custom statuses while maintaining compatibility with existing ones.

Nuvemshop / Tiendanube

  • 🆕 New integrations for Argentinian and Mexican markets.

Shoper

  • Added synchronization support for regular and promotional prices using a new integration method.

Shoptet

  • [Shoptet.cz] Added advanced options to define which price field to use in the price list tag.

  • [Shoptet Premium] Added functionality for sending products via API.

Sky Shop

  • Added functionality to send duplicate product prices to Sky Shop.

Vtex

  • Added support for invoice downloading, allowing users to check invoice details for their orders.

Yampi

  • Added the ability to filter and download orders by specific statuses, e.g. paid only.


Integrations – Couriers

  • Added a new section displaying shipping costs under Fees and Commissions in the order view — view courier fees instantly without waiting for next-day analytics.

AliExpress

  • Added integration with the AliExpress Logistics API.

AMBRO

  • Added import of shipping cost data for AMBRO courier into Base.

DPD Meta

  • Added tracking support for BRT IT within the DPD Meta API for sellers managing multiple BRT accounts.

ITD Global & Panther (AIT)

  • 🆕 Integration via Scurri, enabling shipment management across both carriers.

ITD Global Connexx

  • 🆕 New integration to expand shipping management options.

DHL Express

  • Added Harmonized System (HS) code field — automatically assigns the required HS code to all parcels.

Okazii.ro

  • 🆕 Integration with Okazii.ro Shipping — generate and download AWB labels directly in Base.

Skroutz

  • 🆕 Integration with Skroutz Shipping, including Last Mile delivery support.

Ago Shipping

  • Added multi-package support for Temu Shipping, enabling multiple parcels per order.


Integrations – Accounting

  • Added option to display company name in the invoice header when provided during user registration.

  • Added optional setting in the XLSX invoice register to display the receipt number when generating invoices for receipts.

Subiekt GT by Base

  • Added contractor search by phone number, excluding one-time customers.

  • Added support for handling retail returns, allowing generation of a “ZW” document for returned goods.
