BaseLinker Changelog – July 2024

BaseLinker is being extended with new modules, features and options every day. Below is a list of the modifications made in July. The most important updates are described in separate blog posts as they are implemented.

Product Manager and Order Manager

Products

Added support for product thumbnails when generating parameters through AI

Added support for a field named average_cost when transferring a product to the store

Added Allegro template-type description editor in all text fields in product editing

Multi-locations
The system allows assigning multiple locations to a single product and managing them in the context of orders, deliveries, and inventory. Thanks to this feature, users can better organize warehouse space, precisely track stock, and optimize logistic processes, which translates into increased efficiency of warehouse operations.

Added a new filter on the product list – Number of photos

Added a new function in related products
Clicking on the product ID in the store in the relations view redirects to the online store’s back office.

Printouts and exports

Added a tag [product_ean_all] to export all EAN codes of one product in Product prints

New tag in Warehouse documents printouts – [document_status]

New tag in Orders printouts (transferred from the warehouse) – [product_average_cost]

New tags in Orders printouts: [order_products_count] – number of items (different products) in the order and [order_products_sku_count] number of items (with different SKUs) in the order

Other

[Automatic Actions] Added support for connectors “Equal, different, contains, does not contain” to the Postal Code condition

[Automatic Actions] Added a new condition to check if a first and last name is included in the billing data

[Pick&Pack] Added keyboard shortcut Back with the ability to assign a barcode

[BaseLinker Connect] Ability to transfer all types of additional fields between linked accounts

[Statistics] Added ability to display order source for deleted integrations

[Information page] New setting allowing the buyer to display a contact form on the information page without logging in.
To add a new field on the information page, go to Orders → Settings → Information Pages. Then edit the order page template, the Show contact form option is under the Show message history setting.

[Email templates] In the tags [items_list_missing] and [items_list_packed], added support for the tag ‘[p_stop]’ which stops further products from being inserted into the template content

[Orders] Added protection against mass status changes for more than 100 orders at a time

[Orders] Logging the order picking template from which it was selected

[Returns] Returns form – possibility to exclude products with specific tags from returns

[Returns] In orders of type “Return Order,” displaying a section informing about the return number from which this order was created

Marketplace Manager

A new listing form has been made available for most marketplaces (exceptions: Allegro, Amazon, Ebay, Zalando, Etsy, Tiktok, Aukro)

Added mapping of shipping templates and price lists

Added parameter mapping conditions for all options

Added multiselect for category mapping

Added option to set variants for a gallery
In the general settings of the integration, in the gallery section, the option “Include parent product images in the variants’ gallery” has been added.

Added bulk operation wizard

Correction of sales tax rate calculation for UK market

In case shipping carrier is not provided in eBay we will send tracking confirmation without a tracking number to avoid API errors

Translated category names into Polish and English

Improved listing of offers with photos without extension in the link

Improved validation of the weight and size of the item in the offer

Added first and last names, phone number in orders from the payer’s data when the API does not return fields in the shipping data

Requirement for the Brand parameter when issuing an offer has been removed

Added automatic deletion of shipments on the UPS side when the final cost of the shipment did not meet the maximum price condition

Added support for drive-up orders with the ability to define automatic drive-ups and to cancel a drive-up order

Added fix for blocking maximum shipment amount – does not take into account Saturday delivery pricing when such option is not selected
