AJIO Integration with Base: A Step‑by‑Step Guide for Sellers

Before beginning:

  1. Have your AJIO POB user ID and password ready (alphanumeric, starting with DV).

  2. Confirm you have AJIO shipping API access by contacting your AJIO account manager.

AJIO Seller Portal: Adding a New POB User

While Base handles shipping, AJIO requires you to register each POB user via their portal:

  1. Log in to AJIO Seller Central

  2. Go to AccountModify Account Details.

  3. Click Add New POB User.

  4. Fill in required store/warehouse, GST, bank, and invoice details Click Save, then Submit.

  5. Upon approval (typically within a few days), AJIO will provide POB API credentials.

  6.  Follow up with Ajio POC for the API user details

Step‑by‑Step AJIO Integration Setup

1. Log in to Base

Head to your Base dashboard  and navigate to Integrations.

2. Search AJIO from the list and click on it



  • Username: Your AJIO POB ID (e.g., DVxxxxxx)

  • Password: The corresponding API password

Optionally, define multiple POBs for different warehouses or addresses.

4. Configure Shipping Settings:

1. Again from Integrations, Search AJIO (couriers) and click

2.Choose Ajio account to connect from dropdown

Once connected, configure how AJIO shipping integrates with your order workflow:

  • Auto-print of shipping labels or manifests

  • Auto-forward shipment numbers to customers and AJIO

  • Auto-trigger of email notifications at shipment milestones

5. Test the Integration

Create a test order in Base and dispatch via AJIO:

  • Ensure labels and numbers are generated

  • Confirm data is reflected in AJIO Seller Central
