Automatic actions are a core Base feature for process automation, reducing errors and saving time.

When a specified event occurs with set conditions, Base can execute one or multiple actions.

Automatic actions are available for both orders and products.

Order actions

Order actions are divided into the following groups:

Orders,
Messages,
Documents,
Orders – Other,
Base.com internal catalog,
Marketplace,
Returns,
Other,
Interface.

Product actions

In product automations, you can use actions from these categories:

Products,
Messages,
Documents,
Other.
