CDON – integration configuration

CDON is one of the largest marketplaces in Scandinavia. Through the platform established by the Swedish company, you can conduct sales in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland, reaching over 2.5 million buyers.

Integration possibilities

Integration with CDON in BaseLinker allows for:

• importing offers listed on CDON group marketplaces using a CSV file;
• downloading orders to the system;
• mapping couriers;
• dispatching packages for orders originating from CDON;
• transferring shipment numbers created in BaseLinker to the marketplace.

How to connect the integration?

1. Register a CDON seller account via this link. Here, you must attach the official registration documents of the company from the country where it is registered.
2. After a successful registration, go to your BaseLinker panel and in the Integrations section, click the green +Add integration button.
3. Search for CDON in the list of available integrations (Marketplace section).
4. Enter the account name (any name, displayed in the system) and the API token obtained from the CDON seller panel (Settings → API Key).
5. Click Save and you’re done! The integration will be added to your BaseLinker account.

Module configuration

After accessing the integration settings (Integrations → CDON), you will see the following tabs:

• Connection – here you can check the correctness of the integration connection, change its name and token;
• Orders – from this tab, you can enable order retrieval and configure related settings, as well as enable the transfer of shipment numbers to the marketplace;
• Advanced settings – courier mapping is available in this tab.

Offers import

In the CDON → Offer management → Import offers section, you can import offers previously listed on CDON group marketplaces. In the import settings, you need to choose from which market the offers should be retrieved. 

Based on such an import, you can also create products in the BaseLinker Catalog.

To import offers from CDON, it is necessary to upload a previously downloaded CSV file with products from the CDON seller panel.

Downloading the CSV file

To download the CSV file with products from CDON, you need to:

1. Log in to the CDON panel.
2. Go to the Reports section.
3. Expand the Inventory Report tab.
4. Select CSV under the Download report option.
5. Upload the downloaded file in the offer import settings in BaseLinker.
