Mass bundle creation

The system offers a mechanism for mass bundle creation. This can be especially useful if you have products with multiple variants in your inventory and want to quickly create “every combination” bundles.

To rapidly create bundles comprising one variant from each selected multi-variant product:

1. On the product list, select products to be included in bundles.
   For multi-variant products, select the main product.

2. Choose Operations → Create a bundle from selected products.
3. In the mass bundle creation window, select variants to create bundle combinations. After selection, you’ll see the number of sets to be created. Proceed by clicking the blue Go to the mass bundle creator button.
4. The new window shows all bundles to be created. Each set can contain different quantities of individual products. You can modify set names, EANs, and SKUs, and remove bundle components.
5. In the General section at the bottom, the Price option includes:
   • Base on price groups – if the price group has automatic price calculation based on components, the bundle price will be determined by group settings; otherwise, the value remains empty;
   • Add up the prices of the products – if the price group doesn’t have price counting, prices will be summed and recalculated based on settings (price multiplier and add to price).
6. Click Create bundles and done! Products will be created in the inventory according to guidelines.
