Myntra supports the Pure Play Marketplace (PPMP) model, also known a s Dropship. Unlike Amazon, Myntra doesn’t support self-ship, orders are fulfilled through Myntra Logistics. Step-by-step setup process.

Step 1: Add the Myntra Integration

  1. Go to Integrations in your Base account
  2. Click on the green button +Add Integration

     

  3. Under the Marketplace section, select Myntra (PPMP)
  4. Enter an account name of your choice
  5. Fill in the following fields: 
    • Store Code (mandatory)
    • Merchant ID
    • Client Secret
    • SLA (in days) – As defined by Myntra for your product category 
  6. Save your settings

Note: Base will generate a web token automatically. Use this to raise a ticket to the Myntra team to establish OMS connection.

Step 2: Configure Logistics (Myntra Courier Only)

Myntra does not support self-ship

To set up logistics:

  1. Repeat Step 1 to add Myntra Courier as a logistics partner within Base
  2. Myntra will either use your provided Warehouse Code, or assign a random one if not supplied
  3. This code is synced between Base and Myntra

Step 3: Import and Manage Listings

To pull listings from Myntra:

  1. Navigate to Integrations > Myntra > Listing Management
  2. Click Import Offers and press Import Now
  3. Choose one: 
    • Download the listing file
    • Enter SKUs manually (comma-separated) 
  4. Select Download Offer from the dropdown and run the import
  5. Make sure to tick Match By SKU

Once done, head to Listing Management to view all active/inactive offers

Step 4: Order Workflow and Status Mapping

After integration:

  • Orders begin to flow into Base, typically into the New Orders queue
  • Orders may appear in one of four statuses: 
    1. Pending Label
    2. Picking
    3. Pending RTD (Ready to Dispatch)
    4. Pending Handover

Status Mapping:

  • Go to Orders > Statuses
  • Map: 
    • RTD → Pending Handover
    • Cancelled → Cancelled 

Label generation is automatic. Once labels are created, Base triggers the RTS (Ready to Ship) call to Myntra

Step 5: Inventory Sync and Live Updates

Go to the Stock tab to enable inventory syncing:

  • Live Synchronization ensures stock levels are updated in real-time on Myntra whenever changes are made in Base

Additional Configuration (Optional)

  • Tagloop details and value settings can be configured under Additional Fields
  • Some sellers may have a Picking step. Make sure to configure it accordingly in the order flow 

Logistics Information

Once an order is marked RTD, Base will push courier and warehouse information to Myntra. This ensures proper planning and tracking by the Myntra team

API & Access Tokens

For secure data sync between Base and Myntra:

  • Base → Myntra: Access token must be shared with Myntra
  • Myntra → Base: Myntra configures the Base access token in their system for seamless API communication 

Your Myntra integration is now fully set up with Base. From listing sync to order tracking and fulfilment, your workflow is streamlined and efficient. For any issues or further assistance, please contact Base support.

Note:

Before you begin the integration process, ensure the following:

  • Stock and Orders: All pending orders must be processed and inventory stock reduced to 0
  • Migration Request: If you’re using an Order Management System (OMS) partner, raise a migration request ticket with the Myntra team
  • Myntra Validation: After stock reduction and order clearance, Myntra will validate your account (usually within 24 hours) and share: 
    • Store Code
    • Merchant ID
    • Client Secret
