If you’re managing orders on Myntra via Base, integrating with TagLoop can help you streamline your logistics and return management workflows. This guide walks you through how to enable and use TagLoop ID tracking in Base for Myntra orders.
Important: This feature is exclusive to Myntra integration in Base.
Step 1: Enable TagLoop in Myntra Integration Settings

Go to Settings in your Base dashboard.

Navigate to Integrations > Myntra.

Find the option labeled “Enable TagLoop”. Select “Yes”, then click Save.
Tip: Enabling this option allows you to store and send TagLoop IDs directly to Myntra during the label creation process.
Step 2: Add TagLoop ID to an Order

Click Edit on the item line where you want to add the TagLoop ID.

Use a scanner or manually enter the TagLoop ID in the respective field.

Click Save. The TagLoop ID will now be stored with the order.
Each item can have a unique TagLoop ID if it’s a multi-item order.
Step 3: Generate Labels and Sync with Myntra

Proceed to create a shipping label from within Base.

The TagLoop ID is automatically sent to Myntra as part of the label data.
Step 4: Handling Returns with TagLoop
If the order is returned, the TagLoop ID previously synced with Myntra:

Will appear in the return logs.

Can be used to track the return product efficiently within Base and Myntra.

Let’s say you’ve already processed an order with TagLoop enabled. You’ll notice that:

The TagLoop ID remains linked to the order, even after return.
