You can configure BaseLinker so that specific fields on the listing form could be automatically completed.

In section Integrations → Marketplace account → Offer settings, you can:

  • select the default category (and also shipping template, offer template);
  • modify the product price retrieved from the warehouse (multiplier, add to price);
  • select the default offer settings (duration, format, etc.).

Offers template

You can add an offer template in Marketplace module → Offer templates.

If neither the item nor the category it’s in has an assigned auction template (module Marketplace → Associations), the default template you choose in the integration settings will be automatically selected.

The template can also be changed later – on the offer listing form. If you haven’t added any auction templates yet, add them in the Marketplace → Offer templates module.

Shipping templates

If neither the product nor the category it’s in has an assigned shipping price list, the default price list you choose in the integration settings will be automatically selected.

The shipping price list can be changed later – on the offer listing form. If you haven’t added any price lists yet, do so in the Marketplace → Shipping templates module.

Category

If neither the product nor the category it’s assigned to has a selected marketplace category, the default category you specified in the integration settings will be automatically chosen when posting offers.

The category can be changed later on the offer posting form. If there are no categories on the list, select your favorites in the Marketplace → Categories and parameters module.

Price multiplier

The price in the offer can be automatically changed in relation to the price in the warehouse – based on the guidelines you configure.

The price in the offer posting form will be multiplied by the given factor. This function allows, for example:

  • currency conversion;
  • price change in case of promotions on a selected platform;
  • price modification depending on the sales platform.

For example:

if you want to multiply the price by 2 – enter the number 2. If you want to divide by two, enter 0.5.

The price synchronization module takes the multiplier into account.

Add to price

The given value will increase the price in the listing form. If a multiplier is also used, the amount is first multiplied, then increased by the amount.

For example:

if you want to add 5 PLN to the amount, enter 5, and if you’re going to subtract 5 PLN, enter -5.
