To list offers on Amazon, it’s necessary to download shipping template information to the system that was previously created directly on the marketplace side. You can associate these templates with, for example, a selected category in the store or specific products, so the shipping template on the offer will be automatically selected during listing.
Shipping templates configuration
For Amazon, shipping templates must be configured directly on the marketplace side. You can download templates created this way to Base using the Refresh shipping templates button in the Amazon → Shipping templates section. After pressing the button, simply select the Amazon account connected to the system for which you want to download templates.

Default shipping template
You can set the default shipping template in four places:
- for the entire Amazon account in the Integrations → Amazon account → Offer settings tab—Default Shipping template option (after selecting the appropriate market);

- For selected categories in the storage, configure in the Amazon → Associations → Assign to category
- For selected products from inventory, configure in the Amazon → Associations → Assign to category

- You can also manually select the shipping template from the list when creating an offer. After selecting the product type, in the Parameters → Merchant shipping group

For offers that have already been listed, it is also possible to update the assigned shipping template. You can do this using Operations -> Edit offers (setup wizard) – Change parameters -> Merchant shipping group by entering the appropriate shipping template ID.Updating the shipping template for an offer
