Connecting the shop
To connect your WooCommerce store to the Base system, follow these steps:
- Go to Integrations → +Add Integration and select WooCommerce.
- Fill in the Display name – this can be any name, just remember not to exceed 15 characters.
- Provide the Shop address – be careful to enter only the domain without HTTP or HTTPS protocol.
- Then log in to the WordPress panel and go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → RestAPI → Add Key.
- Fill in the Description – you can enter the system name for which you are generating API keys.
- Select the User – a profile with administrator permissions.
- In the Permissions field, choose Write/Read.
- After saving the form, you’ll automatically receive generated keys.
- Copy these keys and paste them into the Base panel.
- Select the Save button.
Rest API
If you encounter problems while integrating your store or during communication between Base and WooCommerce – verify that Rest API is correctly enabled.
If your site source doesn’t show any permalinks and you see rest_route instead of wp-json, enable the API according to the instructions available at: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-rest-api/
