Connecting the shop

To connect your WooCommerce store to the Base system, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Integrations → +Add Integration and select WooCommerce.
  2. Fill in the Display name – this can be any name, just remember not to exceed 15 characters.
  3. Provide the Shop address – be careful to enter only the domain without HTTP or HTTPS protocol.
  4. Then log in to the WordPress panel and go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → RestAPI → Add Key.
  5. Fill in the Description – you can enter the system name for which you are generating API keys.
  6. Select the User – a profile with administrator permissions.
  7. In the Permissions field, choose Write/Read.
  8. After saving the form, you’ll automatically receive generated keys.
  9. Copy these keys and paste them into the Base panel.
  10. Select the Save button.

To ensure order data is correctly transferred to the system, download our plugin, officially available on the WordPress platform, and install it in the store.

Rest API

If you encounter problems while integrating your store or during communication between Base and WooCommerce – verify that Rest API is correctly enabled.

If your site source doesn’t show any permalinks and you see rest_route instead of wp-json, enable the API according to the instructions available at: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-rest-api/

All operations should be performed on an account with administrator access level. Only then will WordPress settings and direct links (Settings Permalinks) be visible.
