Base Changelog – January 2025

Base is being expanded with new modules, features and options every day. Below is a list of the modifications made in January. The most important updates are described in separate blog posts as they are implemented.

Product Manager and Order Manager

Automatic Actions

Added Empty value/non-empty value option in the conditions for automatic product actions to additional fields of the number type

Products

In the store and marketplace integration settings, the Summarize stocks from selected warehouses option has been added and if it is selected, you can select multiple warehouses to synchronize stocks from Base to the store or marketplace

New option in warehouse documents – Selecting the target location in warehouse transfer documents

The ability to calculate the warehouse value has been made available for warehouses with ERP enabled

Multilocations – improvements and new possibilities in the area of ​​mass adding locations

Possibility to filter products by market (e.g. all products from the DE market, simultaneously for all marketplaces)

Retrieving the name of a related product from the Base warehouse for return from Allegro

Printouts, templates and imports

Added [set_id] tag to bundles printouts

Added [purchase_order_item_expiry_date] tag to delivery printouts

Added tags for order printouts: [marketplace_date_shipment_from], [marketplace_date_shipment_to], [marketplace_date_delivery_from], [marketplace_date_delivery_to]

Added email tags [connect_contractor_phone], [connect_contractor_email]

Added [status_name_short] email tag in orders 

Added [stock_threshold] tag to product email templates

Added the [state] tag to the email

In the product import view via CSV/XML file, the Only download new products (without updates previously downloaded) option has been added

Added Bulgarian language support to proforma invoice documents

Added support for opening URLs on order and return pages

Added option to filter empty or non-empty fields when filtering additional fields

Allegro

The new option in advanced filtering allows you to filter listings by selecting the appropriate GPSR data (manufacturer or responsible person)

Added mapping to products sold before the GPSR regulations

Added ability to select the source of thumbnails in orders

Added country tag/flag when importing listings

Added ability to download A+ Content listing templates from an Amazon account and assign them to listings
