Base is being expanded with new modules, features and options every day. Below is a list of the modifications made in May. The most important updates are described in separate blog posts as they are implemented.

Product Manager and Order Manager

Automatic Actions

New automatic action: “Additional Field Edited” in Orders, Returns, and Products
The new “Additional Field Edited” action enables detection of changes in a specific custom field. Previously, the “Order Data Edited” action was triggered by any change in an order or product. With this new action, you can respond precisely to edits made to a specific custom field, allowing you to create more accurate and tailored automation scenarios.

New Options in User Profiles for Warehouse Automatic Actions: “Import” and “Not: Import”
In the “Employee” condition for Automatic Actions related to products, we added a new value: “Import”. This allows you to detect operations performed automatically during product import, helping to distinguish them from manual changes by employees and react more accurately to specific events.

B2B Connect

Ability to share stock levels from selected warehouses only with selected partners
Within Base Connect, we’ve added the option to share inventory levels from selected warehouses only. Until now, inventory levels in Connect integrations were shared as a total from all warehouses. Now, you can manage inventory sharing more precisely.

Products

Ability to upload product lists from a CSV file during delivery creation
We’ve added an option to import a product list from a CSV file instead of manually searching for products in the catalog, within the product-adding view for deliveries (Products → Warehouse Control → Deliveries → Create Delivery → Items). This is especially useful for large deliveries.

Display of current stock levels while searching and adding items to warehouse documents
You can now view the current stock level of a product while searching and adding it to warehouse-related documents.

WMS

New product sorting options by location
In the catalog settings under “Product Sorting”, we renamed “By Location” to “By Location (Alphabetically)”, and added a new option: “By Location (by Location Priority)”. This sorts products in the picking assistant based on assigned location priority (locations with the same priority are sorted alphabetically). This option is only available for catalogs with WMS enabled.

Printouts, Documents, Templates, and Imports

Support for [document_contractor] tag in warehouse document printouts
A new tag is now supported in warehouse document printouts: [document_contractor], which allows inserting buyer and seller information from the warehouse documents.

Orders

Filter orders by products without SKU
You can now filter orders based on products that do not have an SKU.

Sort orders and returns by province
New sorting option: sort orders and returns by province (voivodeship).

Returns

Ability to add tags (e.g., Return Number) in “Informational Text 1” and “Informational Text 2” Fields
In the return form, the fields “Informational Text 1” and “Informational Text 2” now support the use of tags, such as the system-generated return number. This makes it easier for customers to place the return number on their return shipment.

Ability to use email template tags in return form fields
You can now use email template tags in “Informational Text 1” and “Informational Text 2” on the return form to personalize communication with the customer based on specific order or return data.

Ability to reject returns originating from Allegro
Support has been added to reject Allegro returns, with the ability to provide a reason for rejection. This enhancement simplifies the returns process, improves communication with Allegro, and ensures compliance with their requirements. In addition, a new automatic action has been introduced: “Allegro – reject return.”

Marketplace Integrations

Real-Time stock and price update functionality for all connected sales channels
This feature allows sellers to update prices and stock levels in real time across all connected sales channels. Thanks to this option sellers can avoid overselling products beyond actual stock levels. It simplifies inventory management. It improves pricing accuracy and competitiveness. Customers benefit from always up-to-date product availability, significantly enhancing satisfaction with the purchasing process.

Allegro

New Option in Allegro Listing Wizard to Change Default Search Parameter from GTIN (EAN) to MPN Sellers now have the option to change the default product matching parameter from GTIN (EAN) to MPN, giving more flexibility during the listing process.

Amazon

Update product information during Amazon import for existing ASINs in stock
You can now update product data for existing ASINs during the Amazon import process, ensuring your product catalog stays synchronized and accurate.

eBay

Courier mapping function for eBay
A new feature allows sellers to map couriers for eBay orders, improving logistics coordination and shipping accuracy. 

Other marketplace integrations

[Vertbaudet] New Integration
Vertbaudet is a French marketplace specializing in children’s products, offering children’s clothing, toys, furniture, and items for children’s rooms. It operates in several European markets (e.g., France, Germany, Spain) and combines its own sales with offerings from external sellers.

[Mister Auto] New Integration
Mister Auto is a European marketplace specializing in selling car parts and automotive accessories. It targets both individual customers and workshops, offering a wide range of spare parts for various makes and models.

[Trendyol] Return verification feature for sellers in Romania
This change enables approval or rejection of customer return requests within 2 business days after the return is delivered to the warehouse.

[Pigu] Added commission and shipping fee details to the order card
This change enables displaying the net and gross commission values, currency, and information about whether the commission is charged per product or per order.

[LeroyMerlin PL] Support for the Leroy Merlin channel in Poland
This allows for separate sales in Euros and Zlotys. Each store will receive unique identifiers and API keys depending on the currency, and new product and offer attributes will facilitate adaptation to this extension. This improvement ensures that sellers can seamlessly prepare to enter the Polish market, increasing their sales potential.

[Refurbed] Added support for canceled orders
You can now automatically import canceled order requests from Refurbed into Base, streamlining order management.

[AliExpress UK] Extended integration with the AliExpress marketplace for the United Kingdom

Online Stores Integrations

Function allowing the exclusion of specific fields (such as images or descriptions) from being sent to the store

Shopify

Synchronization of two price groups for Shopify
This feature allows sending both the standard price and the promotional price to the online store. You can now select a price group for the promotional price, with the default option being to send only the standard price if no promotional group is specified.

Retrieving and saving the pickup point ID (Pudo ID) from Shopify orders into Base
This feature allows sellers to configure the appropriate field using advanced Shopify integration parameters, ensuring that the necessary information is transmitted when generating shipping labels.

NuvemShop

Functionality that allows sending two different prices for products
Thanks to this enhancement, both prices are correctly stored when adding new products and updating prices, which simplifies price management.

Functionality for retrieving invoices from the NuvemShop platform directly via oGet
This new feature facilitates the tracking of sales documents despite limitations in financial data handling via the NuvemShop API.

Loja Integrada

Sending both standard and promotional prices for products
This functionality enables sellers to implement more flexible pricing strategies when creating and updating products, ensuring more effective price management in online stores. 

Functionality for retrieving invoices from the Loja Integrada platform directly via oGet
This change allows users to efficiently manage invoices, simplifying processes related to order handling. 

Other store integrations

[BigCommerce] Support for importing product metafields from BigCommerce, including custom fields
The new feature enables the synchronization of additional product information, such as specific dimensions required by markets, which improves parameter mapping and facilitates the creation of more precise product offers. 

[Upgates] Multi-warehouse support function allowing activation and management of multiple warehouses from the admin panel

Couriers Integrations

We’ve added the “Lettre Suivie” service to the list of couriers in the ‘Other’ category
This feature allows for the selection of this option when manually entering tracking numbers. It serves as a temporary solution, enabling correct redirection to the parcel tracking page. Full functionalities, such as label generation and tracking status synchronization, are planned for future updates, which will further streamline the order fulfillment process.

FedEx

Ability to save long waybill numbers directly by scanning barcodes.

Other courier integrations

[Uber Direct] New integration
Uber Direct is a logistics service offered by Uber that allows businesses to deliver products directly to customers using Uber’s network of couriers.

[GlobKurier] We’ve added a pickup point field, enabling users to specify the pickup location for parcels sent via DPD
This change eliminates the previous limitation where the pickup point was only available for InPost, improving the user experience by providing consistent access to key shipping information across all services.

[Apaczka] We’ve added support for the DPD Pickup Point-Door service, allowing for easy selection of this delivery option
With this expansion, the shipping options available on the Apaczka platform are now consistent with the website’s offering, increasing user convenience and streamlining order management.

[OlzaLogistic] We’ve added the ability to generate shipping labels in ZPL format
This allows users to now bulk create labels in ZPL format, which speeds up the parcel preparation process.

[Correos Express] New integration
Correos Express is a Spanish courier company belonging to the Correos group, specializing in fast domestic and international shipments. It offers B2C and B2B services, including same-day deliveries.

[CTT] New integration
CTT (Correios de Portugal) is the national postal operator of Portugal, offering postal, courier, and logistics services for both individual and business customers.

[BLPaczka] We’ve added the option to send parcels without a label for parcel locker service

[Parcelhub/Whistl] We’ve added support for transmitting product-level data to Northern Ireland (BT postcodes) in accordance with the Windsor Framework.

[DHL] The DHL Warenpost service has been rebranded as DHL Kleinpaket.

[ShipStation] We’ve added support for APO shipments, allowing for the processing of shipments to military addresses as international shipments.

 Accounting Integrations

We’ve added functionality to generate a QR code on invoices
The QR code contains key payment data (bank account number, amount due, recipient name, tax ID, and invoice number). The code will appear on invoices for bank transfer payments if this option is enabled in the numbering series settings.

We’ve added a column and field in the HTML OSS register that allows for specifying “Order Origin”
This change enables the categorization of orders by source, such as “Amazon” or “eBay.” This simplifies data analysis and the organization of sales and tax reports, which is particularly beneficial for users conducting multi-channel sales in international markets.
