It relies heavily on barcode scanning, reducing the amount of manual work for your team. Pick&Pack Assistant supervises the order preparation process and notifies about any errors. At the end, it takes a photo of the packed parcel, allowing you to pleasantly surprise the customer even before it arrives. Automatic invoicing subject to the customer's country

VAT can be determined, e.g. according to the FBA (Fulfillment By Amazon) shipping warehouse.

Customer shipment tracking

Seller shipment tracking

Base.com automatically tracks the shipment status in the courier and saves this information in the panel for you to monitor the progress of the shipment without continually checking tracking links or carrier websites. Importantly, the system can respond automatically, for example when a package is damaged or lost.
