We are pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Steward as the new Country Head for the United Kingdom. With his extensive experience in the e-commerce industry, Mr. Steward will lead Baselinker’s strategic initiatives to expand its user base and solidify its position as the go-to solution for UK brands and sellers.
Baselinker has witnessed remarkable success across various regions in Europe, and with Kevin Steward joining the team, the company aims to replicate that achievement in the UK market. As the new Country Head, Mr. Steward will leverage his deep understanding of the UK e-commerce landscape to drive growth and enhance the value proposition for Baselinker’s customers.
Appointing Kevin as the UK Country Head is the reflection of our commitment to be the best all-in-one omni channel management solution for UK brands and sellers.
When we entered the UK market our product was far from complete, we were missing many local integrations, did not have enough support materials and our support was not very helpful. However over the last couple of months we did a lot to improve our product:
- Added many new integrations specifically for UK sellers such as OnBuy, Evri, Yodel, DX Express, Parcel Hub, Whistl, Parcel2Go, Amazon MCF, Amazon Shipping (UK parcel delivery service), Amazon Vendor, FreeAgent, Idealo, BackMarket and over the next months we plan to launch Mintsoft, Wowcher, Fruugo, WayFair, Walmart, ManoMano, PriceRunner, TheRange and DX Freight
- Implemented a lot of improvements to the integrations we already had such as:
- Royal Mail – we added parcel tracking feature and introduced new, automated way to do manifests where you have feasibility on each parcel
- Amazon – implemented new SP-API that enhanced the listing process and in the next few weeks we plan to launch another set of changes aimed to significantly improve Amazon listing experience
- DHL UK – finally managed through certification process,
- Etsy – we migrated to new API this week and i the next few weeks we will be finally able to work properly with variants
- Added the possibility to integrate labels into printouts and handle CN22 and CN23 forms
- Improved hundreds of smaller things in our system
- Launched a set of AI driven functionalities to help with the listing optimisation
On top of that we made tremendous changes in the way we provide support. Among the others we:
