Does the register include invoices issued for deleted orders?

No, generating a register for deleted orders is not possible.

Can the sales register template be edited?

No, editing sales registers is not possible.

From which marketplaces is it possible to download returns?

Currently, it’s possible to download returns from Allegro, Pigu, Zalando – this option should also become available for marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay in the future.

Does the module support issuing corrections and partial payment refunds?

Absolutely, we encourage you to check out the Returns article.

Can the form use the order number from Base or can it also use the store’s number?

Unfortunately, at the moment it’s not possible to use the shop’s order number.

Is it possible to set a time limit for submitting a return from the moment the package is delivered to the customer?

Yes, in the return form settings you can set the return timeframe in relation to either the order date or the last status change.

Is the return information visible on the original order card?

Yes, return information is visible on the order card.

Can a customer attach a photo in the return form?

At present, you can create an additional field with the type set to file. This will allow you to add a photo to the given return.

Can you generate a collective report of returns from a given month?

At present, there is no possibility to create printouts from the Returns section. It’s possible that such functionality will appear in the near future.

Will the storage quantity of the returned product be increased after manually adding a return?

The product’s storage quantity will increase after clicking the Complete button on the return card ‒  you can also trigger the return processing through an automatic action.

Is there an option on the return card for the customer to provide bank transfer details?

Currently, there is no such option ‒  the customer provides the products to return and the reason for the return.

 

 

Can you add personal events in the returns panel?

You can add personal event buttons to the return card and to the returns list.

Can you return a reduced amount for a product?

Yes, by changing the product price in the return, you can alter the refunded amount.

 

Can you create a return form in your own domain?

Currently, there is no such option yet.

What if the same products are sold only in different sizes? In the form, sizes (or product details) are not visible for selection, so the customer does not know which product to mark for return.

If the size is not specified in the name, it can be provided in the product parameters ‒ they are displayed in the return form.

Can you set up an automatic action that, after accepting a return from Allegro, performs the refund?

You can create an automatic action that will initiate a refund on Allegro based on returns ‒ however, you should keep in mind that returns from Allegro are automatically accepted, so it would be necessary to use another main event.

Will it be possible to upload adjustments from external systems via API?

It is possible that such an option will be added in the future ‒ we invite you to follow our blog, where posts about the latest updates appear.

Can a customer make two returns for the same order?

No ‒ using the form, a return can only be submitted once.

Can you accept only selected returned products from the list and reject the others?

Currently, a return can only be accepted or rejected in its entirety.

Is it possible to trigger automatic actions after changing the status of return items?

At the moment, actions can be triggered by a status change ‒ but only for the entire return.
