Terms and Conditions of the BaseLinker Blog

IInformation and definitions

1. The internet blog available at https://base.com/en-EN/blog/ is maintained by BaseLinker spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered seat in Wrocław (50-062), Plac Solny 15, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register [KRS] maintained by the District Court Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register (KRS) under the KRS number: 0000795513, NIP [Tax Identification Number]; 8971868567, REGON [National Business Registry Number]: 383907714, e-mail: [email protected];
2. Definitions:
   1. Administrator – BaseLinker Sp. z o.o,
   2. Blog – an Internet Blog maintained by the Administrator at the address https://base.com/en-EN/blog/,
   3. User – a natural person with full legal capacity, and in cases provided for by law, also a natural person with limited legal capacity, a natural person running business activity who uses the Blog,
   4. Materials – comments published by the User within the Blog.

IITERMS OF USE OF THE BLOG; USER AND ADMINISTRATOR RIGHTS

1. The use of the Blog is voluntary and free of charge. At any time, the User may resign from using the Blog.
2. The Blog must be used in accordance with the law, social norms and manners, as well as with the Terms of Use. This means, among others, complete prohibition of: the use of vulgar language, insulting other persons, entities and solutions, acting in a manner violating the rights of other Users, in particular their financial and personal rights, actions that could disrupt or prevent the functioning of the Blog, posting Materials the purpose of which is advertising, e.g. in the form of a link to another blog or another website.
3. If the User suffers damage while using the Blog (e.g. by offending his/her feelings), the Administrator does not bear responsibility for it (this also applies to third parties).
4. The User bears full responsibility for the Materials posted by him on the Blog. The Administrator has the right to remove the above-mentioned Materials placed on the Blog.
5. By placing the Material on the Blog, the User grants the Administrator the right to use it, i.e. grants the Administrator a free, non-exclusive and territorially unlimited licence for the Material constituting the Work (as defined by the Act on Copyright and Related Rights), placed by him on the Blog.
6. The User, placing the Materials on the Blog, declares that they are free from physical and legal defects and claims of third parties and that the User owns the copyright to the content, which is not limited to any third party or that the User owns the appropriate rights to use the content (e.g. license).
7. The Administrator reserves the right to: periodically disable the Blog and remove in emergency situations the content on the Blog.

IIIPERSONAL DATA

1. Detailed information concerning protection of personal data is included in the Privacy Policy of the BaseLinker Blog.

IVFINAL PROVISIONS

1. In all matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the relevant regulations of Polish law shall apply.
2. The Administrator can change the regulations, informing about it on the Blog. Changes in the Regulations do not affect the rights of the Users, which were acquired before the introduction of changes.
3. All suggestions, comments and questions related to the Blog should be directed to the e-mail address: [email protected].
4. The regulations are valid from … year.
