Product Automatic Actions: select multiple warehouses for stock-related actions

You can now select multiple warehouses in Product Automatic Actions that reference stock levels. This makes it easier to build automation rules that span more than one warehouse at the same time.

New field “Payer” in Automatic Action: Add to delivery

A new Payer field has been added to the Add to delivery action, working similarly to the existing Supplier field. It allows you to specify the payer when adding items to a delivery.

Support email tags in the “To” field (Send email action)

Email tags are now supported in the To field in the Automatic Action Send email.

Base Connect

Overwrite EAN when downloading orders

A new field (EAN) has been added to Connect order downloading / product data overwrite. This allows EAN information to be updated while transferring orders.

Dedicated email address for reseller connection requests (wholesaler settings)

A new field in Base Connect wholesaler settings allows you to specify a dedicated email address used to approve reseller requests to connect to your wholesaler account.

Block import of returns without a linked order

A new Connect setting allows you to decide whether to accept or block returns that do not have a linked order.

This helps avoid empty/incomplete returns (e.g., from historical cooperation before you started using Connect). In practice: fewer mistakes, a clearer returns list, and easier post-sales handling in one place.

Warehouse & Warehouse Documents

Link Base warehouse documents to external ERP documents + upload PDFs via integration

You can now link a Base warehouse document to a corresponding document in an external ERP system and upload a PDF into Base via the integration (when the document is created in the ERP).

New filter: Goods receipt date (Deliveries)

A new Goods receipt date filter has been added in Deliveries.

Page numbering on warehouse PDF printouts

Warehouse printouts generated as PDFs now include page numbering.

Products (PIM)

Bulk edit Sets: add/remove items

You can now bulk edit Sets by adding products to a set and removing items from a set, improving management of multiple sets at once.

Channel list: icon indicating product data changes in a channel

A new icon appears in the channel dropdown list to indicate product information has been modified within that specific channel—making it easier to identify where changes exist.

New AI options for Allegro channel: category assignment + parameter completion

On the Product page (Information tab) for the Allegro channel, AI can now:

• assign a category
• complete parameters

Promotions: multipliers up to 4 decimal places

Promotions now support multipliers with up to four decimal places, allowing more precise promotional rules.

Orders (OMS)

New option: show/hide products with price = 0 on the Order page

A new setting is available on the Order page: Display products with price 0.
This helps hide free items (e.g., giveaways/packaging) on the buyer-facing information page if you include them as order lines.

New “Discounts” tab in Additional information (Order card)

A new Discounts tab has been added on the Order card under Additional information, showing the history of product markdowns/discounts within the order.

Returns are now supported for AboutYou. Returns are read automatically based on order statuses and items.

Allegro

Send receipts and e-receipts to Allegro via API

Support has been added for sending receipts (including e-receipts) to Allegro using the same API mechanism already used for invoices.

You can enable this in Base so sales documents are delivered to buyers via Allegro (instead of email), helping meet Allegro requirements and avoid manual sending issues.

Bol

Detailed breakdown of commissions and shipping costs on Bol orders

Bol order cards now show a detailed breakdown of commissions and shipping fees, including:

• fee type
• net/gross values
• currency
• whether the fee applies to a product line or the whole order

Amazon repricer: expanded settings for selecting compared item conditions

Amazon repricer now lets you precisely control which product conditions your offers are compared against (e.g., same condition as mine; same or no condition; ignore condition; manual selection).

Rules can be defined at:

• account level
• individual offer level

This improves accuracy, helps avoid undesirable price drops, and better protects margin.

Allegro repricer: item condition preferences (account + offer level)

You can now decide whether prices should be compared against:

• only offers in the same condition
• same condition + offers without condition
• ignore condition entirely
• manually select which conditions to compare (also available in bulk)

Benefits include avoiding price undercutting versus used items, restoring repricing in categories without a condition parameter, and gaining more control over who you actually compete with.

Bulk operations added for Shein listings so you can update parameters, images, stock and prices across your catalog without editing offers one by one.

In advanced settings, you can choose which warehouse quantities should be sent, improving availability accuracy and reducing over/underselling in multi-warehouse setups.

Shopify

Products with two variant attributes supported

Shopify products with two variant attributes (e.g., color + size/height) are now supported—especially helpful for fashion.

This allows Shopify to reflect the same variant structure you use on marketplaces without manual workarounds or splitting products.

SkyShop

Asynchronous photo uploads

SkyShop photo uploads are now asynchronous (uploaded “in the background”), so Base doesn’t block during product creation. This makes listing faster and more stable, and reduces upload-related errors for bulk publishing.

WooCommerce

OAuth authorization

WooCommerce can now be authorized via OAuth as an alternative to basic auth. This enables connecting stores where basic login is disabled and improves compatibility and integration stability.

Carton dimension/weight templates

You can now create carton dimension & weight templates in Amazon FBA fulfillment settings. When creating FBA deliveries, select a template instead of entering dimensions manually—speeding up preparation and reducing errors.

New workflow for creating FBA shipments

A new FBA shipment creation path allows you to define packing groups, assign products to specific cartons, and select transport/delivery in one streamlined form.

Logic for handling FBA deliveries has also been reorganized for more stable operation and easier future development.

Sender account configuration + insurance handling standardization (selected couriers)

For a list of carriers, key settings were moved into sender account configuration, making it easier to manage settings across shipment types.

Insurance value transfer mechanisms were improved to streamline shipment creation.

Select pickup date from a list

You can now choose a Temu pickup date in the single and bulk shipment form from a convenient list of the next 5 days.

When creating shipments from the Orders list, Base automatically pulls available pickup dates from the carrier used by the first order. Date validation is also included with clear error messaging for invalid selections.

Royal Mail

Migrated to new REST (Sapient) API

Royal Mail integration has been adapted to the new REST (Sapient) API, unlocking a wider range of Royal Mail and Parcelforce services (including new international options). Shipments are automatically grouped into the correct Royal Mail collections.

Action required: migrating to the new version requires data migration coordinated by Base Support.

Warning (courier)

New courier integration

New courier integration: Warning. Create shipments, generate labels, and view statuses directly in Base. Supports detailed shipment data (pickup/delivery, weight, volume, parcels, products) and Warning services including TEMPO, OPEN, GREEN, READY.

Particularly relevant for the Portugal–France corridor, supporting expansion along that route.

Zalando ZFS (Fulfilment)

Warehouse received stock reports

Support added for reports showing stock received by Zalando warehouses in the ZFS fulfillment integration. For deliveries with status COMPLETED, relevant fields are now filled automatically.

Discrepancies between shipped and received quantities are also shown, making it easier to spot problems early before they impact availability.

ZEOS (Fulfilment)

Second product linking method

A second product linking mechanism was added for orders fulfilled by ZEOS, enabling fulfillment for sellers who add products via Zalando ZFS fulfillment.

This reduces manual mapping work, simplifies first-time integration setup, and speeds up onboarding while reducing errors.
