Allegro

Allegro shipment handling updated for API changes

Allegro shipment handling in Base has been updated to align with Allegro API changes from 9 June 2026.

Base no longer uses the deprecated carrierId=ALLEGRO, helping prevent errors after the API update.

Courier mapping has also been updated, including custom user mappings, so tracking numbers are sent with the correct carriers and do not block synchronisation.

Background processes have also been improved, including “Wysyłam z Allegro” scenarios, helping prevent duplicate shipments and saving time during order handling.

Previously configured preferences now respected during stock and price synchronisation

Stock and price synchronisation with Allegro now fully respects previously configured preferences.

This means Base more accurately follows your existing pricing and availability rules, so offers behave as expected across sales channels. It reduces the risk of unexpected offer changes, configuration mistakes, and manual corrections.

Amazon

Previously configured preferences now respected during stock and price synchronisation

Stock and price synchronisation with Amazon now fully respects previously configured preferences.

This helps Base reflect your existing pricing and availability rules more accurately, ensuring offers behave as expected across channels. It reduces the risk of unexpected updates, configuration errors, and manual rework.

You can now add a YouTube video link to Aukro listings.

Ceneo

Individually promoted Ceneo offers now marked in Base

Offers individually promoted on Ceneo are now clearly marked in the Base offers list.

This makes it easier to identify offers generating a higher cost per click (CPC). Sellers can react faster to higher-cost campaigns, better control margin, budget, and profitability, and avoid manually checking this information inside Ceneo.

This update also creates a foundation for easier filtering or excluding these offers in future multi-channel sales optimisation workflows.

eBay

Trigger refunds directly from Base after accepting a return

Automatic eBay refund handling has been added. After a return is accepted in Base, the system can trigger the refund through eBay automatically.

This aligns eBay returns handling with the existing Allegro return automation, making multi-channel returns more consistent and easier to manage. It speeds up the returns process, reduces the risk of mistakes, and removes repetitive manual clicks.

Product condition filtering in the eBay Repricer

The eBay Repricer now supports filtering by product condition when comparing prices with competitors.

You can:

• compare only against offers in the same condition
• ignore condition completely
• manually select specific conditions

This is available both in bulk operations and from the offer details view, giving sellers more precise pricing control for new, used, refurbished, and other product types.

A separate bulk operation has been added for updating Empik outlet descriptions.

Base now automatically verifies the size of the main image for Newegg listings.

Listings are blocked from publication if the main image is smaller than 640 × 480 px, helping prevent listing errors and marketplace rejections.

Bulk updates for stock levels and prices are now supported for Octopia listings.

New “Price negotiation” operation

A new Price negotiation operation has been added for Temu.

It allows you to bulk accept or reject prices proposed by Temu, as well as propose your own prices using:

• percentage-based changes
• value-based changes

The improved interface, messages, and validation make price management across many offers faster, easier, and less prone to mistakes.

Base now fully supports new TikTok Shop markets in the EU.

You can list products and duplicate offers between countries using the same simple workflow already available for other TikTok regions.

The listing form and integration settings have been expanded to support:

Sync errors now shown in the Base panel

Errors from synchronisation processes, including PQUpdate, are now passed directly into the Base panel.

This means sellers can immediately see problems with stock updates and diagnose why a specific synchronisation failed, for example in integrations such as IdoSell.

In practice, this makes troubleshooting faster, reduces the need to contact support, and helps sellers resolve stock synchronisation issues more independently.

AliExpress Shipping

Multi-package configuration in Automatic Actions

Automatic Actions for AliExpress Shipping now support configuring multiple packages, instead of being limited to one shipment.

Base can now create labels automatically for orders shipped in several parcels, without manually splitting shipments. This reduces clicks, lowers the risk of shipping data errors, and speeds up handling of more complex orders.

DHL

Automatic shortening of tariff codes from 8 to 6 digits in DHL PL

The DHL PL integration now automatically shortens tariff codes from 8 digits to 6 digits, in line with DHL’s current customs data requirements.

This helps ensure international shipments match customs clearance requirements, reducing the risk of delays or rejected parcels caused by incorrect tariff code format. Sellers do not need to manually track these requirement changes — Base handles it automatically.

DPD

Ship parcels without printing a label

Support has been added for the DPD PL “Kod nadania” service.

This allows parcels to be sent via DPD lockers and drop-off points without printing a label.

After creating the shipment, the dispatch code (PIN) is automatically visible in shipment details in the Return code field. It can also be used in email templates, making returns and drop-off shipments easier for customers.

FedEx

“Use long waybill number from barcode” option in FedEx v2

A new option has been added in the FedEx v2 integration: Use long waybill number from barcode.

When enabled, Base stores the long number from the label in shipment data, making it compatible with external tools and workflows that rely on that format.

The short tracking number is still used for tracking and shipment cancellation, so existing parcel handling processes can remain unchanged.

Letterhead and ETD signature URL fields in FedEx v2 account settings

Two new URL fields have been added in FedEx v2 account settings:

• company letterhead URL
• signature URL for electronic trade documents (ETD)

Base can now automatically attach these images to shipments for countries that require them, without adding files manually each time.

You can still override them manually for individual shipments if needed, combining automation with full control over shipping documents.

Fulfillment Delivery API

New endpoints for delivery details and Amazon FBA labels

New Fulfillment Delivery API endpoints have been added so external systems, such as Sage, can automatically retrieve from Base:

Reading and updating shipment statuses is also supported, helping Base and external ERP systems stay aligned on fulfilment progress.

This reduces manual data entry, helps avoid mistakes, and makes it easier to scale warehouse workflows between Base and other systems.

Correction invoices

New automation action for correction invoices with government-system status handling

A new automation action has been added for correction invoices.

It works similarly to the existing automation for standard invoices and takes into account submission statuses for government systems, such as:

• Sent
• Accepted
• Rejected
• Offline mode

This gives sellers a consistent and clear view of all invoice statuses in Base, regardless of invoice type. It improves control over sales documents, reduces mistakes, and speeds up settlement workflows across multiple channels.

wFirma

New option: “Pass issue date as payment date”

A new option has been added in the wFirma integration: Pass issue date as payment date.

This lets you decide how Base should pass the payment date for unpaid invoices.

You can either:

• pass the invoice issue date as the payment date, keeping dates consistent across sales documents
• not pass the payment date at all, allowing wFirma to set it automatically based on its own rules
