The main functionalities of the program are synchronizations:

Goods and good variants (description, category, price, VAT rate, code, EAN, name, weight, additional fields, additional tags, images and more)
Stocks (support for multiple storages, schedule or after each change in the database, availability stocks, stock levels, reservations, external stock levels, documents from suppliers)
Orders (ID, number, origin, various counterparty record models, shipping addresses, additional fields, currencies, VAT rates, on-the-fly storage transfers, descriptions, status changes, payments, splitting orders into multiple storages, mapping costs and shipment types, and more)
Commercial documents (ability to auto-fulfill orders based on status changes in Base.com, creation of MM and other documents, FV, receipts, pdf upload to Base.com and others)

The integration is maintained and sold by the third-party company T2S Sp. z o.o. (formerly CDNPARTNERS Sp. z o.o.).

The ERPSync Integrator operates fully automatically and allows you to synchronize the Base.com system with Comarch ERP Optima without any user intervention. Its clear and comprehensive configuration allows you to set up synchronization on your own. Additionally, thanks to email notifications, you don’t need to monitor the integration’s operation—the application automatically notifies you via email of any issues encountered during order synchronization.

ERPSync Integrator functionalities:

Export of product groups to Base.com:
- Ability to export different product group trees to different catalogs in Base.com.
Export of products to Base.com:
- Ability to specify which products should be exported to Base.com (a selected group subtree in the ERP system, products or groups marked with a specified attribute, products made available to the eStore).
- Ability to match products by product code or EAN code.
- Export of attributes.
- Export of images retrieved from the ERP system database or a specified directory.
- Export of descriptions (including the ability to map languages in the ERP system to languages in Base.com).
- Export of parameters and additional fields (ability to export any field from the ERP system as a parameter/additional field in Base.com).
Import of products to ERP Optima:
- Ability to import products from Base.com to ERP Optima.
- Ability to specify which fields should be updated in ERP Optima.
- Export of stock levels to Base.com:
  - Ability to freely map warehouses in the ERP system to warehouses in Base.com.

  - Option to send notifications about imported orders or errors occurring during order import (e.g. missing product).
