Base.com integrations with ERP programs are provided by external companies. Base.com does not create its own integrators of this type. Below you can find external integrators available for purchase from POHODA. The integrator connects with the Base.com API and ERP database to exchange information. The integrator cost and the billing method depends on the software provider.

WAREHOUSE (import)
The Pohoda Connector for Base.com allows selected data to be exchanged and updated between ES Pohoda and Base.com via an API.
Scope of synchronization:
PohodaConnector software and integration for Base.com one-time from €685 excluding VAT depending on the scope of synchronization. Post-implementation support from €149 per year.

WAREHOUSE (import)
The "BaseLinker Mini" system downloads orders directly to the ERP, including EU VAT registration, OSS, full product list, storage link, catalog link, quotation, margin verification, VAT rate control. The process can be freely extended, for example, with validation or other automated activities.
(Optional) The system can automatically upload a PDF of this document to Base.com after creating a bill or invoice so that it is available to the customer. And it can email it to the customer or possibly send the document to an archive/e-store and the like.
(Optional) The system can automatically update all the data on the product card (name, prices, category, code, EAN, labels, images, ...)
(Optional) The system can automatically update inventory. It works with reservations, pending orders, or maybe it observes minimum stock limits. Support for multiple storages is a matter of course.
(Optional) The system can automatically retrieve categories from any source (e-store, other system, WMS) and upload them to Base.com for transparency when browsing products.
(Optional) The system can automatically upload price lists from Pohoda ERP system. There can be a simple import tool from XLSX to ERP for easy price import.
(Optional) The system can automatically set order statuses and upload all logistics information for shipment tracking.
The system is fully compatible with Adaptis IT 8in1 automation system. Don't hesitate to contact us for information.
One time: 15,000 CZK per collection order. Optional for an additional 5,000 CZK Subscription: 2,000 CZK / month. Additional fee of 250 CZK for each optional feature. Minimum subscription 1 year.

Downloading received orders and importing them into ES POHODA + related conversion and matching to Transport, payment form, possible discounts, etc., matching goods to stock cards with the possibility of matching or even dividing goods into several storages is a matter of course.
Status changes Received orders and their export back to Base.com including package numbers and type of transport.
Printing of issued invoices in PDF format and their export from Pohoda to Base.com for the end customer.
Export of products from Pohoda to Base.com in the form of product feed processing.
Export of current inventory to Base.com.
Price: CZK 25,000 without VAT for the bridge license incl. initial installation and commissioning. No monthly fees. Or CZK 10,000 without VAT for installation and CZK 1,000 monthly flat rate.
Invoice transfer transfers all issued invoices, including advance invoices and notes, to the accounting system in all set currencies. Invoices are transferred daily, early in the morning, in a single transfer.

Orders are transferred every 15 minutes, inventory after order transfer or every hour, products are synchronized every night. The link can be used for multiple e-stores connected to one billed company. The integration has advanced configuration and can be customized according to your processes and needs. With additional integration, we can tag paid orders by payment of selected banks.
