How to connect the integration?

If you already have a seller account on Fruugo, simply connect it to Base by providing API credentials. To do this:

  1. Go to the Integrations section and click the green +Add integration button.
  2. From the available integrations list, select Fruugo (in the Marketplace section).
  3. Enter an account name (to be displayed in the system), login and password for the marketplace account, and Fruugo Retailer ID (found on your platform account).
  4. Click Save and done! The integration will be added to your Base panel.

For the integration to work correctly, remember to send the webhook URL to Fruugo support, which will relay product and order information. You’ll find it on the left side of the window during integration setup and in the Connection tab in integration settings after adding it.
