Integration of Global Logistics Agencies' WMS with the
Base.com e-commerce platform provides full automation of data flow between the online store and the logistics storage. It enables efficient order processing, real-time synchronization of inventories and full operational transparency in real time.
Integration features:
- Inventory integration - automatic synchronization of inventory between the WMS and Base.com , which minimizes the risk of selling products that are not physically available.
- Order transfer - orders placed on Base.com are automatically transferred to the WMS GLA system, speeding up the fulfillment process and eliminating the need for manual data entry.
- Two-way data exchange - the systems exchange data both ways: changes in statuses, stocks, shipment numbers or products are automatically updated in both environments.
- Transfer of tracking numbers - once a shipment is shipped, the waybill number is automatically transferred from the WMS to Base.com , allowing the end customer to track the package.
- Viewing current order status - Base.com downloads current order statuses from the WMS, allowing the customer to track the stages of their order in real time (e.g., "in process," "shipped," "delivered")
