Integration with the Helios Nephrite ERP system is done through the syncAgent ERP integration platform.

Supported agendas as standard:

. 1. received orders - Synchronization of received orders from Base.com to Helios Nephrite ERP system
. 2. Issued invoices - Synchronization of issued invoices from Helios Nephrite ERP system to Base.com
. 3. stock availability - Synchronize product inventory from Helios Nephrite ERP system to Base.com via EAN, SKU or other identifier
. 4. product cards - Synchronization of product cards (product name, descriptions, parameters, prices, images, ...) from Helios Nephrite ERP system to Base.com

If you want to integrate other programs, we can extend the integration with other options.
syncAgent works in the cloud. The integration is then monitored. Data synchronization can be done in daily, hourly, minute intervals.

Integration takes place via SQL (procedures, views) or API.

Transfer of supported agenda:

• Orders received, including OSS (in the direction of Base.com => Helios Nephrite)
• Update of selected order statuses (in the direction of Helios Nephrite => Base.com)
• Stock availability, support of multiple warehouses (in the direction of Helios Nephrite => Base.com)
• Issued invoices (in the direction of Helios Nephrite => Base.com)
• Product cards (in the direction of Helios Nephrite => Base.com)
• Tracking numbers (in the direction of Helios Nephrite => Base.com)
• Prices (in the direction of Helios Nephrite => Base.com)

We allow to integrate other agendas and atypical demands for peace.
