Fulfillment Amazon

Amazon MCF integration

You're already storing inventory with Amazon. Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) lets you put that same stock to work for orders coming from anywhere else you sell, your own store, other marketplaces, any channel. Amazon picks, packs, and ships those orders too, using the same warehouse network, without you needing a separate logistics setup for non-Amazon sales.

Take it further with Amazon MCF

MCF runs across the US, Europe, Canada, Mexico, and several other major markets. If you're already running FBA in any of them, you can put that same inventory to work for your other channels without shipping stock anywhere new or signing up with a separate 3PL. That means your Shopify store, eBay listings, Etsy shop, TikTok Shop, and other connected channels can all have orders fulfilled by Amazon, without a separate logistics contract for each. In Europe, Amazon's fulfillment network also lets you cover customers across the EU from a single inventory location, with simpler VAT obligations than you'd face managing storage in multiple countries yourself.

The short version: wherever you're already selling with FBA, MCF lets you extend the same logistics setup to the rest of your business in that market.

How Base supports it

Base has a dedicated MCF integration that works in the fulfillment layer alongside your existing shop and marketplace integrations, not instead of them. Orders from your connected sales channels, your own store, eBay, Shopify, or wherever else you sell, come into Base first through those integrations. From there, selected orders can be routed to Amazon for MCF fulfillment, manually, in bulk, through automation rules, or via API. Shipment status and tracking sync back into Base automatically, so your team sees everything in one place rather than splitting attention between Seller Central and everywhere else.

One prerequisite: you need an active FBA setup on your Amazon Seller account. MCF runs on the same inventory you're already storing with Amazon, so FBA is what makes it possible.

A natural next step if you already use FBA

The FBA integration and the MCF integration are built to work together. If you're already managing Amazon FBA in Base, adding MCF means your non-Amazon orders can run through the same Amazon logistics setup you've already built, without a separate workflow or a separate 3PL.

FAQ

No separate account needed. If you already sell on Amazon with FBA, you can enable MCF directly from Seller Central, no additional sign-up required. Your inventory is already there; MCF just opens it up to non-Amazon orders.

Most channels connected to Base can have orders routed to Amazon for MCF fulfillment. Some channel-specific restrictions may apply on Amazon's side.

Either by you directly, or through Amazon's returns process, depending on your preference and the channel involved.

MCF is available across the US, Canada, Mexico, UK, and several European and Asian markets. In Europe specifically, it pairs with Amazon's fulfillment network to let you reach customers across the EU from a single inventory location, so a Polish or Czech seller stocking inventory in one country can still ship across borders through Amazon. Supported channels include Shopify, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop, SHEIN, Temu, and your own store, among others.

No, the integration is configured from the Base panel.
