We offer a fully automatic connection between Base.com and Money S3, including the ability to customize to your company's processes. Whether you just want to manage your storage and accounting in Money, or manage all Base.com content and handle orders and shipping, our connection can do it.
It is possible to connect Money S3 with or without Eshop connector with more limited options.
It is possible to upload: orders or invoices to Money, change order status back to Base.com, upload PDF invoices from Money to Base.com, update storage status including support for multiple storages, upload prices including support for multiple price lists and price promotions, upload product catalog including images, descriptions and parameter pairing from Money to Base.com (only with Eshop connector), upload product category tree to Base.com (only with Eshop connector), reverse upload products from Base.com to Money including images.

Integration with the Money S3 accounting system is done through the syncAgent ERP integration platform.

Supported agendas in the standard:
. 1. received orders - Synchronization of received orders from Base.com to Money S3 accounting system
. 2. Issued invoices - Synchronization of issued invoices from Money S3 accounting system to Base.com
. 3. stock availability - Synchronize product inventory from Money S3 accounting system to Base.com via EAN, SKU or other identifier
. 4. product cards - Synchronize product cards (product name, descriptions, parameters, prices, images, ...) from Money S3 accounting system to Base.com

If you want to integrate other programs, we can extend the integration with other options.
syncAgent works in the cloud. The integration is then monitored. Data synchronization can be done in daily, hourly, minute intervals.

The invoice transfer function transfers all issued invoices, including advance invoices and accounting notes, to the accounting system in all set currencies. Invoices are transferred daily, early in the morning, in one transfer.

During the transfer, we can optionally:

• create a link between an invoice item and a product in the price list,
• make corresponding orders, including cancellations,
• create stock shipments,

We offer a comprehensive connection with order, product and inventory transfer and separate invoice transfer.

The comprehensive connection automatically provides:

• transfer of received orders and their changes to Money S3,
• transfer of product catalog from online store to Money S3,
• tagging of shipped orders in the e-store,
• reservation of ordered goods in stock in Money S3,
• transfer of inventory from Money S3 to Base.com,

Orders are transferred every 15 minutes, inventory after order transfer or every hour, products are synchronized every night. The link can be used for multiple e-stores connected to one billed company. The integration has advanced configuration and can be customized according to your processes and needs. With additional integration, we can tag paid orders by payment of selected banks.
