Amazon Buy Shipping lets you buy a shipping label for an Amazon order directly from your Base panel. No Seller Central login to create labels, no copy-pasting tracking numbers. Select an order, see the carriers Amazon offers with their live prices and delivery times, choose a service or let Base pick the cheapest one automatically, then buy the label in one click.
Base connects natively to Amazon's Buy Shipping API, so the whole flow - price comparison, label purchase, tracking capture, and printing - happens without leaving the panel.
For each order, Base pulls the eligible shipping services and rates Amazon offers. You see all options in one place - rates, delivery dates, label formats - and choose one, or let Base choose for you.
Base can select the cheapest available service, the cheapest Buy Shipping rate, or a service that matches the delivery method used on the order. Fulfilment continues without extra clicks.
Labels are generated through Amazon and ready to print in PDF or PNG. Go straight from order to dispatch. Include a packing slip with the label, print a reference number or description on it, and set package dimensions from your inventory.
Set your sender address and pickup preference, add insurance or declared value, and use your own package dimensions or predefined carrier templates. Delivery confirmation options (signature, adult signature, none) are set per order, and Base sends the tracking number and shipping information back to Amazon automatically so buyer communication stays in sync.
Create a Buy Shipping label from an individual order card or in bulk from the orders list. Filter orders to find only what still needs labelling.
Set a rule like 'when order status changes to Sent, create a Buy Shipping label' and Base handles dispatch automatically, for one order or hundreds. You can also use a barcode scanner to trigger label creation and printing without touching a mouse, keeping a steady packing line running.
If a label needs to be reissued or shipping circumstances change, create a new one from Base without re-entering the details.
Purchased shipments can be voided or cancelled directly from Base before dispatch.
Amazon's shipping offer varies by country - carriers, services, prices, signature rules, label formats, and pickup options all differ by market. Base adapts to those differences automatically.
Available carriers appear dynamically from Amazon for each order: USPS, FedEx, UPS, OnTrac in the US; Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, DHL in the UK; DHL, DPD, Deutsche Post in Germany; and more, depending on your account and destination. No manual carrier setup needed per country.
Other local differences Base handles:
Buy carrier labels from multiple carriers at Amazon-negotiated rates, directly inside Base. Works for MFN and Seller Fulfilled Prime orders.
