Integrate Base Connect with Completio

Base Connect integration enables data exchange between any number of Base.com users. It allows you to transfer orders and shipments and share product data from the Base.com catalog to another seller's account in our system.

The goal of Base Connect is to facilitate cooperation between different users of the service, such as between a store and a dropshipping wholesaler, a store and a fulfillment operator, or another business partner who also has an account in Base.com. With Base Connect, you can automate the exchange of products and orders information and streamline daily sales processes in your e-commerce.

The integration is available to users of our system who are using the new Base.com warehouse – Product Manager.

Integrating Base.com account with Completio allows you to control and manage your fulfillment orders in one intuitive system. Fulfillment as a form of outsourcing logistics services is becoming more and more popular amongst retailers. Outsourcing the logistics process to an external company saves time, eliminates the fixed costs associated with renting a warehouse, and reduces packing or shipping mistakes. The range of services offered can vary from one provider to another.

By connecting via API, Base.com and the Completio system are able to exchange information on new orders appearing on your website or marketplace account. Base.com x Completio integration is provided by a third-party company - please contact the supplier before adding it to your panel.

Integrating a Completio with Base.com enables:

• forwarding orders to Completio (including automation of order forwarding and processing back orders)
• viewing current order status
• automatic forwarding of the shipment tracking number either to the customer or marketplace platform
