Carrefour

Integration with Carrefour is a two-way integration that offers downloading orders from the marketplace to the Base.com panel, as well as listing and synchronizing offers. For listing you can use your store's warehouse, Base.com warehouse, wholesaler or external ERP system. Orders from Carrefour can be handled in the Base.com Order Manager or forwarded to the store / ERP. The number of Carrefour connected accounts is unlimited - you can add as many accounts as you need within your business, without affecting the subscription amount.

Integrating Base.com with Carrefour offers:

• issuing invoices and receipts for downloaded orders

• recognize the caller who made the purchase in Carrefour with BaseLinker Caller application

Orders must be confirmed in advance in the Carrefour panel or automatic confirmation option in our system should be selected. Integration also allows to automatically transfer shipment numbers from Base.com panel. It is also possible to push order statuses to the marketplace.
