Thulium

Thulium is a call centre and e-support system.The integration of Thulium platform with Base.com simplifies the customer service management. The customer enquiries are processed in one virtual contact centre.

Thulium fetches basic customer information from the Base.com system, as well as allows real-time collection of summarised buyer's orders. After entering the customer card, Thulium displays information about the customer and the order. When contacting the customer by phone, the employee has immediate access to the required data, which speeds up the support process. If a buyer uses different logins on several services, but uses the same e-mail address, Thulium is able to identify him as the very same person.

Integration is available from the Thulium side - it relies on synchronisation of Thulium and Base.com customer databases.
