TeleCube Telephony is a VoIP operator, offering telecom solutions for Business Customers. The key product is the Virtual Call Centre, which allows, among others, for call queuing, IVR, call recording or teleconferences. TeleCube also offers, among others, Mini VoIP Package or SIP Trunk service.

The integration of Base.com with TeleCube allows the TeleCube SIP communicator (free of charge for TeleCube Customers) to automatically associate and show the caller's phone number with the appropriate order card. Base.com does not charge for calls, they are settled directly with TeleCube.

B>TeleCube offers the Base.com customers services with an extended trial period and additional funds for test calls:

  • Virtual PBX - 21-day test period and PLN 5.00 net for test calls,
  • Mini VoIP package - test period of 21 days and PLN 1.50 net for test calls,
  • SIP Trunk 10 (10 city numbers and 10 channels) - 14-day test period and PLN 3.00 net for test calls

How can I use the Discount? During registration for the trial period, in the form on the TeleCube website, under the contact details, please check the box "I want to use the TeleCube promotion (including promotional codes)!" and in the following field, enter the Promotional Code: Base.com (the letters are case-insensitive). Only companies that have never used TeleCube may use the Discount.

Integration is available from the TeleCube side:

  1. Please log in to the TeleCube Client Panel and go to "TeleCube PRO" > "External integration".
  2. Select "Base.com" from the available integrations and confirm the integration activation.
  3. In the appropriate field, complete the login address of your Base.com account.
  4. Without closing the previous tab, open a new one and log in to Base.com as Administrator, then by clicking the arrow next to your company name in the top right corner, go to "My Account" > "API".
  5. Generate and copy the API token and paste it in the appropriate place in the TeleCube Client Panel and save the integration by clicking the green "Save" button.
  6. Check the related SIP accounts and their configurations. If missing in the list of extensions, check if they are associated with TeleCube SIP application.
