Bitrix24 is a CRM system to improve e-commerce customer service. You can connect email boxes, instant messaging, FB fanpage, VoIP telephony to have a 360 degree view of your customer's order and historical communication when they contact you. Base.com integration with Bitrix24 allows you to download all current and archived orders to Bitrix24. Based on customer data from the order, a contact card is created in the Bitrix24 CRM, and based on invoice data from the order, a Company card is created. All fields visible in the Base.com order are available in the Bitrix24 deal card. At intervals of 5 minutes, two-way synchronization between systems takes place. Deal card is also completed with products and their prices, which enables sales analysis.
