- Automatic order import from Base (Orders from Base are automatically fetched every 5 minutes. All relevant customer, product, and shipping data is mapped and stored in our system).
- Synchronization of product catalog and stock (All products from Base (with SKU and name) are synced to our warehouse system.
- Stock levels from our warehouse are automatically pushed back to Base and updated in real-time).
- Order status updates & tracking (Once an order is packed/shipped, the status is updated in Base.
- Tracking numbers are automatically sent to Base and visible to the customer).

To activate the integration:

1. Go to your Base account → My Account → API.
2. Generate or copy your API key.
3. Send us your API key to [email protected] (after signing a contract with us).
4. We will activate the synchronization for your account within a few minutes.
