Amazon Easy Ship

Amazon Easy Ship integration

Amazon Easy Ship is Amazon's pickup-and-delivery service for marketplace sellers. You store and pack the order, Amazon's nominated carrier collects it from your location and delivers it directly to the customer. No separate courier contracts, no manual tracking updates, no jumping between tools.

Base connects to Amazon Easy Ship via the Amazon Easy Ship SP-API (Amazon's Selling Partner API). Book shipments, print labels, sync tracking, and manage your easy ship amazon orders from the same panel you use for every other channel.

What you can do with Base and Amazon Easy Ship

Book shipments directly from Base

Create Amazon Easy Ship packages from the order card or in bulk from your orders list. Base checks available options and books the parcel with Amazon without you leaving the panel.

Automated pickup scheduling, or manual slot selection

Where Amazon offers handover slots, Base shows them per order. Select one manually or configure Base to handle automated pickup scheduling based on your rules. Either way, the booking goes straight to Amazon.

Amazon Easy Ship label printing, in bulk

Generate shipping labels in A4 or A6, PDF or ZPL, directly in Base. Print individually or run bulk label printing across multiple orders in one go, including through Base's online printing service.

Package dimensions and reference data sent to Amazon

Base sends package weight and dimensions to Amazon as part of the shipment booking. Add SKU and ASIN reference data to labels where needed.

Tracking synced automatically

Once a shipment is booked, Base fetches the Amazon tracking number and stores it on the order. Delivery status updates appear directly in Base - no manual lookups in Seller Central.

Cancel shipments when needed

If something changes before pickup, shipments can be cancelled directly from Base.

MFN and FBA orders, always separated

Base recognises Amazon Easy Ship orders as Amazon Merchant Fulfilled (MFN) on import and keeps them separate from FBA (Amazon-fulfilled) orders, so each follows its own processing workflow.

Handling time sync

Base syncs your Amazon handling time setting to keep delivery promises accurate for Easy Ship orders.

Automate your shipping workflow

Use Base's automated actions to trigger Easy Ship shipment creation as part of your order processing flow. Amazon seller shipping automation at its most practical - set your rules once and let Base handle the rest.
